Palazzo Marletta Luxury House Hotel

Exquisite polished room in a beautiful converted palazzo. Amazing staff. A truly memorable stay.

Room was nice, bed was comfy and sheets were top quality. The staff was very helpful. There were nice flip flops and slippers in the room. Breakfast the next morning was made to order. The hotel asked us if we would like a plate of local cheeses and a bottle of wine in our room the first night, which we did. We all enjoyed it. We used the valet parking option, which was helpful. Finding the hotel was difficult, as the city does not allow for a large sign. We had to be guided by hotel staff on the phone, and in person, in order to find it. There were lots of stairs leading up to our room, but the hotel staff kindly carried our suitcases up to the room.

The whole expierence was delightful. They arranged a wonderful full day private tour at the last minute for us. Very cool decor. The staff truely exceptional. Highly reccomend. No elevator to rooms fyi...

The property is amazing and could not be in a more perfect location. The front desk staff are some of the best!!! The placement of the glass shower door in the bathroom is a safety issue. If you get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night beware! I actually stubbed my toe and smashed my face into the side of the shower door in the middle of the night and it was a pretty. So all I would say it’s a Design flop. Maybe they could do something about that.

The location could not have been better. Multiple tours were taken and they all started within two blocks. Moments to the fish market, restaurants, and minimarts.

Picture the welcome you’d receive staying the weekend at a dear friend’s home- and that’s how Renato made us feel from the moment he opened the door. His warmth and genuine hospitality set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable stay. The Angelia room — an absolutely stunning space with some original 300+ year décor, including an extraordinary chandelier, blends seamlessly with an extremely comfortable bed, and sleek, modern bathroom. Breakfast in-room was delicious and good value! We enjoyed a generous selection of traditional Sicilian specialties alongside classic European pastries and eggs — a perfect introduction to the flavours of Sicily. Palazzo Marletta is the kind of place that stays with you. We will absolutely be back. Nothing - everything was wonderful!

The deluxe rooms are beautiful. The hotel provides great value added facilities which are exceptional. We are grateful Mrs alexander (as I remembered) has been so patient on consultation on our trip which was helpful. Thank you.

The room was exceptional and quite historic, as it was the dining room of the Palazzo. We were very happy with it. Our breakfast was also enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the conversations with two of the hotel staff. Overall we were very pleased with the Palazzo Marletta. We had a slight delay getting access to the hotel, but once that was cleared, everything else was perfect.

The view of the plaza was fantastic! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They ensured we were completely relaxed. We wished we had stayed longer! Davide and Renato were so kind and really made our stay spectacular! Thank you so much to both of you!

Breakfast was great. They presented a list to select from the night before and had it ready for me the next morning.

The location was perfect. Once you enter those very cool old doors, you are welcomed into the most pristine luxury accommodations. I love the fact that great lights were go to preserving the history and the original decor from 1693. Sitting at that table in those chairs that were so epically old, is humbling.
