There wasn't any water inside the fridge which was bit harder for me while struggling with heatwave.

Perfect stay in a great location in Catania. Extremely helpful host, it feels like being a member of a family. Exceptional breakfasts with a wide choice. Highly recommended!

The host is nice, house is clean and quiet.

No breakfast Yes the bath towel were so old like Sandy paper the TV was so bad and. old impossible to find a channel the owner Mr Giordano, is a very cheap . Not recommend, to stay there.......

The place has a great location for exploring Catania, it is clean and well-kept, and the host is very attentive.

The location was close to the main arteries and a good 20 minute walk to the train station The water was turned off for a full day/night and the manager really had no sense of urgency to get the problem fixed and the water turned back on. He made excuse after excuse. Then he lied to me and told me it would be fixed by night time and the water never came back on until lunch the next day. He doesn't realize that he has paying guests ...and if you are going to be in the hospitality business, you need to be accountable and not try to pass the blame off everywhere else. Then at the end of the trip, he writes me a rude, nasty note, telling me the toilet is dirty. Well duh.. there was no water to flush the toilet, so of course you can't flush it and it dries on the bowl!! I'm going to persue a refund for the day with no water. The building is old and rundown and the plumbing needs to be replaced

Good location, very helpful staff, the facilities. A sign where to enter the property. It was a bit confusing but the manager helped.

the bed was very comfortable. the location was very good and the staff was very very helpful.

Staff are very good ( excellent and very kind sufficient) and easy to communicate with them, there are some toiletries as well which is rare. Location wasn't far from the centre. even you have your own allocated bathroom but it is outside of the actual room so is very not convenient when you for example need to wash your hand ect. Also the area is extremely loud very loud street noise etc.... maybe is not just this accommodation maybe all the same but unfortunately I could not sleep well at all. The house itself very dated and need lots of refurbishing I believe for what it is, It should be cheaper.

Exceptionally polite host, great communication and a great location. Very nice breakfast in the mornings. The towels in the bathroom were very old and rough.

I highly recommend this B&B - it is in a very good location, many restaurants and shops around, in the city center, close to the bus and train station, easy access from the airport, wifi worked great, comfortable bed, delicious Italian breakfast, very good air conditioning, contact with the owner wonderful - I felt very taken care of, thank you :) -

This is one of the best b&b you can have in Catania. Location is very central, the room was very clean, breakfast was very nice and the most important part is Giordano was very helpful during my stay there. He is a great host! I would definitely recommend the place.

Great location, host punctual and attentive, very clean The air conditioner. I thought I don’t know how to use it, but even when the host fixed it it was hard for it to cool the room

Giordano and his wife were amazing hosts ❤️ Always attentive to solve any problem. If I return to Catania I will stay here again :)

I recommend this accommodation and I will come again to them ? The only things needs to be change, the mattress and pillows, they weren’t comfortable, I should say to the stuff to change them, but I was a bit busy.
