The location is ideal. Basic, safe accommodation. The property is older and could use updating. Basic accommodations, outdated. Male staff unfriendly.

It is beautiful! Clean and Comfortable! The roses are gorgeous! We enjoyed the view of the lake, so relaxing and spectacular! The staff was very kind!

We got the luxury suite instead of the family room, it was huge! Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, the swimming pool was a nice addition, nice breakfast, safe garage for the car. In short , a comfortable, easy and overall good value for money hotel on the road to the french border. We will come back! Maybe it could have been cleaner, but acceptable overall

We were hiking the Via Francigena and wanted a place near the path - this was it! The property is older but well maintained and is across the street from the lake; we had a large balcony to enjoy the view. Also, there are numerous restaurants nearby (we ate dinner directly across the street). Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional - many meats, cheeses, pastries, etc. to choose from, as well a a cook for things like omelettes. Very good!

Nice view of the lake. The restaurant (across the street) was surprisingly good. Nice continental breakfast in the morning. My phone charger stopped working after having it plugged in over night. Not sure if there was an electrical surge?

The Hotel is close to the lake and the restaurant is on right on the shore. I got a delicious omelette for my breakfast. Good to have a balcony good to dry my washed pilgrim clothes. The WiFi reception in my room wasn’t good enough to be stable. Down near the lobby it was fine.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and clean. There was no AC in the room, which was a big problem in the middle of the summer...

We loved the traditional charm of the hotel and the very friendly welcome from the older lady on reception and the two men who served us in turn at breakfast. The swimming pool was lovely, very quiet considering it was peak season. We loved the breakfast, the omelette especially was lovely! My only complaint was a few nights of noise until early hours coming from a nearby bar, not the hotels fault but did effect sleep on those nights.
