The room was clean and recently renovated and comfortable. The water was hot and pressure strong. Wi-Fi was good. It is located about 2km from the Via Francigena route and there is no food available nearby (except Saturday night when the hotel has pizza). The breakfast was poor. We were given 3 packaged croissants and 4 coffee packets for 2 of us.

Near lake, large new room, comfortable with lake view. Friendly welcome. Secure parking. Clean pool with sun beds. Bar for drinks and snacks. Dinner wasn’t available on our night but nice restaurant a short stroll along the lake.

Location was beautiful - lake next to the B&B. Breakfast was good - pastries and cappuccino. Nothing bad to say. During our stay (beginning Sept), it was very peaceful.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and very comfy. We are walking the via Francigena and this property is a long way off the trail. For anyone else, it would be perfect.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived late due to being held up in traffic but they were very understanding. The pizza, wine and beer that we had on the terrace after arriving at 10pm was superb and most welcome. Signage to show the way in to the reception area in the dark.

Brand new room in perfect shape and very big! Very nice pool open 9-19. Good pizza in the nearby small town. basic breakfast only from 9-10:30. The lake is mostly for fishing. Although there is a "beach" it doesnt look that tempting. Choose the pool.

Very warm welcome. Big room, even with a small fridge. Close to the lake and everything is close by. In my opinion the bed was a bit too soft.

Spacious room, very clean and it has everything you need for your stay. The bed was very comfortable and the hosts were very welcoming. The surroundings are really nice, the region has many things to offer. I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful 2 room apartment across the road from main reception area. Bathroom did have ? Blocked drain a pity as everything else ok. Breakfast was absolutely amazing & very nice host. As above ? Drain problem.
