We had booked accommodation and, due to a late flight, were planning to arrive late. The payment had been processed, but because of electrical issues, we were not accepted at this hotel. However, they offered an alternative. We appreciated that the property tried to find a solution and that we didn’t have to search for accommodation ourselves in the middle of the night. I can’t give a proper review, as we didn’t actually stay at this hotel. The alternative hotel offered was not acceptable, but we had no other choice.

It was literally across the street from Lake Viverone  Very little services were available. The breakfast was very minimal.

Only good location I’m sorry to say it is a very tired hotel sorry to say the breakfast isn’t any good, it’s probably not fault of the staff as i person is running it in the morning and one person in the evening and they do everything, at one time I suppose this was a busy hotel, but not any more

The view out of the window was nice. The personal were very friendly and supportive, although only some of them were speaking English. Internet was only at the hotel lobby and with the very low connection speed. The hotel in general is very old, and definitely needs to be renovated.

Having rung around and found no other restaurants open for dinner the hotel manager offered to open their restaurant to give us supper which we really appreciated as we’d arrived on foot from Ivrea as walking pilgrims. Comfortable room overlooking the lake. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location is very good, front the lake. I was disappointed, the hotel needs a renovation. The room wasn't clean at all. The breakfast was very poor.

We loved the location and the hotel had a lot going for it but we arrived very much at the end of the season when things were running down The hotel was spacious and our room was clean and comfortable but parts of the hotel looked a little tired.

Location and the guy from the breakfast area is very nice. Front desk horrible customer service. you get what you pay for. I only stayed here because was the only hotel available which accepted dogs. on booking.com the check in time was writing until 19pm but on the way I’ve got stuck on a traffic jam in Lugano lake, gps was saying that I would arrive exactly at 19pm. I freaked out, around 16pm I’ve started to contact the property via telephone and WhatsApp who’s already contacted me days prior my travel. I’ve got NO RESPONSE via WhatsApp and neither per telephone. I drove straight to the hotel with non stop and no food. Then around 20:50pm I’ve got a reply from them saying that they are open until midnight for check in. I’ve got soooooo mad. The rooms are not cleaned, a lot of spider nets, hairs were in the bathroom, and the worse was ANTS coming from the baseboards.

Great location by the lake and not far from the Autostrada. Room was clean, light and spacious. Staff were friendly. Viverone was charming - beautiful lake and a handful of restaurants.

Simple hotel. Good value for money.
