Clean Very disorganized

Bed was extremely comfortable, nice large room with big windows, screens and air conditioning if needed. Large bathroom with strong shower, hood products and hairdryer. Restaurant was what exceeded my expectations. The chef made me an incredible vegetarian salad that was not on the menu. It was a work of art. I hadn’t realized the hotel is a 20 minute walk uphill from town (but still worth it).

Great views! Slow WiFi.

Súper A! Good view, clean, well located. Good communication and super kind service. On top, the restaurant is super good Nothing comes to mind

For walkers, an extra 25 minutes uphill from the Via, was tough after a long day walking.

Good view on the village and partial on the lake. Room was nice with bar options. Since we were not in season so breakfast was served solely for us - can be a bit surprising when they bring you what you didn’t expect, some very special local food. No menu for breakfast- have to guess what is available

Once we overcame the check-in mini drama we were rewarded with very friendly and exceptional service. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for the week so we missed dining with that view. The check in lady then drove us 2 kms down to the village to an Italian restaurant and agreed to pick us up at 9:00 pm and bring us back up the mountain. We'd walked 20 KMs on the VF pilgrimage that day, we were exhausted and had no car. Fabulous room, excellent room facilities. Check in message on front door was only written in Italian. We had to find a local person to make a phone call for us and then waited 10 minutes for check in lady to arrive in her car. Shame the restaurant was closed. Suddenly we learnt the beginning of September is the end of summer holidays.

The bed was comfortable but it wasn't that cosy with just a bed sheet and the blanket wasn't big enough to cover the bed.. The staff wanted to know exactly what time we'd be there for breakfast rather than giving us the hours that breakfast was served and when we were later than we said on the first day, they told us off as we came into the breakfast room. There was only one kind of eggs - scrambled with cheese.
