It's overpriced and couldn't really be called a resort. We had a beautiful room but that was it. Better food options, lights next to bed, towel racks, windows that could open, staff more knowledgable about the area, lounge chairs for the beach. It would have been fine if it hadn't been so expensive.

I didn't stay for breakfastThe hotel location was very convenient. Lots of awesome food nearby. ATM's close at hand. Service was amazing and the cleanlieness and look was immaculate. Nothing.

The staff was superb. superbly patient superbly accommodating superbly intelligent superbly knowledgeable . They always look sharp they were always on the ball they were always responsive not once did somebody try to avoid me even when I knew they were tired The thermostat in the room didn't work right it just had the AC on full blast but I didn't want to complain and the USB socket in the wall didn't work either that would be in room 8018 . The breakfast food was good I would make one suggestion put out smaller portions to keep it hotter and renew it more often you put out plenty of eggs but they sat out for so long they got cold for example but the food was nice nonetheless

The staff The elevator is stink. Our room is outdated and toilet did not flush, we have to fixed it to work. We upgraded to get a bigger room but there was no hot shower, ahh you have to wait hours to get your water hot?.It is not like in the picture, the beach is far from the hotel it is the most disappointing. And the taxi in the area are scam.

The property is very near restaurants , coffee shops, convenience stores etc. The room and bathroom is small. They had a sewerage smell in the hallways , elevator and around the area.

We loved our stay very much. They staff were incredibly helpful with information and they helped us book our ferry for the next day. The breakfast was delicious and we loved swimming in the pool. The Newtown area in Mactan is also really great!

Great stay, staff is helpful, the facilities are excellent. Nice pool area, gym facilities, very comfortable beds. Check in process was the longest. The beach area is quite small.

Good value for money especially for families and big groups Location was excellent; everything was within walking distance: restaurants, Catholic Church, beach. Staff was accommodating, courteous and exemplified Filipino hospitality Lobby is too small that it easily becomes overcrowded during peak season. If you have guests visiting, there’s nowhere to bring them, except your room. The rest room in the lobby is not maintained well. The faucets are leaky and loose. People coming from the pool area would leave wet tracks in the elevator. That’s an accident hazard. Air condition system in the hallway does not work well. It is always hot outside in the hallway.
