Peacet and no curfew Im okay

I like the design and how easy to familiarize their place and peaceful it is. I don’t have anything I don’t like because the only thing they can do is to probably repainting the walls other than that everything was good.

I liked it and stayed twice Sometimes the tp ran out in the bathroom

It could be a little brighter and perhaps a fresh paint job.

Pls add more floor mats specially near your rest rooms. Broken faucets on the sinks. Would also be great if you have slippers that we can borrow or rent - I was walking barefoot in the hostel.

What i like of my stay is the food at the restaurant and staff approach. I dont like that they dont have refundable policy, this hotel is like a scam. On my day 1 water runs out as it wasnt stock up water over the night. Third day , 2 big rats was in the lobby running around. Cats are also running around there which I dont mind but still. Day 3 and 4 rats and cats having a fight on my bedroom roof. I dont like I stay in one place and I have to rent another place at thesame time just to catch up some sleep. Linen has alot of stain, I requested bed linen day 1 as I saw like a blood stain on my bed linen and then it was replace with a linen that has a black spotted ink. Its a terrible place ,not recommended

Quiet place

The co-working space is great! And the bed is comfy. The bed’s curtain cover is dirty, stains are so visible. The shower head needs replacement as it doesn’t pour much water, it was kinda weak.

First of, I wont be coming back and forth here if not for their staff JOJO. He's been very attentive not just to me but of other guests as well. A simple lending his slipper to a guess who was taking a shower with leather shoes OR reserving the guest a space in the common space for work. I've been bringing in and referring people as Jojo has been guiding them througout the stay. He wasn't choosy of which guest are coming in. It's just his nature to be of service for others. A gem I must say. Cozy beds, definitely a big thumbs up! The home feels vibe, a plus for me! Workingspace quite noisy in the morning. Some other employees backbitting fellow employees. As a guest being here multiple times, its quite disturbing. Especially for me doing client meetings - they can really be heard even if I distance myself from them. Ok sana kung its work pero chismis na tapos madalas pa. There are non-employees/guests hanging out sa working space area which is a concern as well. As a suggestion in the showers (for ladies), something to place our clothes and toiletries. Kind of mahirap to just hang them sa sliding doors. The pantry badly need an upgrade. The private room doesnt have a space to put on the bags. Some lockers needs repairs, also availability of locks. Towels, OMG please do not provide those parang rug na. I had one time someone provide me like its a rug na towel. Some covers also needs upgrading, may tear na for some. Availability for early check ins please! Especially wla masyado tao - there was one time I ask to pay for it kasi wla talaga tao but was rejected kasi hindi talaga pwede kahit magbayad daw.

Nasty!!!Smelly!!! I regretted paying online instead of going there first to check. There's a free cancellation as online booking guaranteed, but when I cancelled it, the management required 50% cancellation fee to have the cancellation be processed! I have no choice but give my money away in less than 5minutes because I felt the filthiness and couldn't stand being there with that smell and poor accommodation and service! Don't get fooled with the cost looking picks advertised.

For a solo traveller, this place is just right. The bed space is enough to have a good sleep. The staff was approachable. They have a common area where you can eat and drink water. They have a water dispenser where you can get water. The showers and comfort rooms were not bad, the shower even has warm water.

I hope they provide sleepers

The room had air-conditioning, so the humid and scorching Cebu weather didn't feel that bad inside the room. The breakfast was great yet basic coffee and scrambled eggs with bread. Good place to socialize too! There were cockroaches and lizards in the bathroom. The sinks didn't work really well, but got the job done. The overall staff did a great job to keep the place clean.

A cockroach in the restroom/shower, dirty sink, etc. Only stayed here for one night just to shower and sleep, but it did exactly what I needed. The place was straightforward, clean enough, and easy to access. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done without issues. Good option for a quick stopover.

The beds were comfortable and there were some great cafes within walking distance that I highly recommend! The room was a little smaller than expected and the bathroom/toilet situation was not the best or cleanest either. I stayed with 3 friends and the boys complained about the bathroom/shower area constantly smelling of pee. The female bathroom wasn't great either, however, it did not smell of pee, it just had mould in the shower. The location was probably the biggest downside.

It’s quite convenient and affordable for its price. Hmmmm maybe it should have a cafeteria within the living room or common area.

The staff was absolutely the best! They made you feel right at home! Very accommodating, Very friendly! The room I was in could’ve had a little bit of a colder AC, but I also like to sleep in an ice box. So honestly, no real complaint.

The location was ok and one of the staff was really nice. It's dirty!!! Bathrooms are dirty! Sink is dirty! I had a cockroach in my bed, walking on me, while I was sleeping. I went to the reception and I asked for a refund as I find this to be a bit extreme and I had this as an answer: if you want a refund you need to find a new accomodation. ...11:30 at night.. Will never be back or suggest this to anyone!
