Ac cold. No hot water. Toilet seat loose. No towels or water provided. Construction noise on the other side of my room wall. Shower entrance is a trip hazard. Sink, shower and toilet are missing parts. Bed sheets are very thin, and no blankets . T v only has local broadcast channels in local language. No internet availability.

The location only For its price its not worth it, its not clean, theres a lot of cockroaches. The beds and the pillows are not even good. Theres no glass or cup nothing. Worst hotel tbh

for the Star rating and price meet expectation pretty basic.

staff is so good and so friendly. it just missing things like the a/c remote control, slippers also the cleanliness needs to improve but the staff attitude is so good they are so friendly, they just need to improve providing things that customer needs for stay.

Clogged sink and toilet, dusty room and you can hear the sound of the other room and people walking the hallway.

The location is great if you want to be in the middle of things. The front desk is very proper. I stayed in room 419 The bed was good. The staff was friendly. No having a window in the bedroom / bathroom felt like a prison cell. The toilet seat was broken. The toilet cover was absent. The toilet itself was dirty upon check in. The bathroom was stinking of piss. The quality of light in the bedroom was extremely poor. It was so dark that it felt creepy. Worn out plugs made it difficult to recharge.

The location is very accessible to all transport vehicles. It is located at the heart of the city and lots of nearby places to visit. The AC sometimes fails.

water cooler to top up drinking water told no safes in any room. then heard guy complaining his safe not working. there was not a fridge in the room. the room did not have a window it was internal to the building. very Spartan

The staff are very Helpful and Friendly. The towel bar is broken, lights in the room are too dim. The Shower Curtain are too old need to be change. And please clean the room properly. I found some ipis in the room..

What did I like when we stay there is nice and comfortable and it's very cheap and affordable prices good for tourist people and the most is it's just near malls, that whenever you want to go with families,couzins and especially for couples ???? What I didn't like it is the faucet of the cr was always licking and no tv and the shower isn't working ????
