Great place, very clean and new

This place is 10 steps away from the best part of the beach and has electronic locks with keypads on the doors. For single travellers this is great, as you can leave everything valuable in your room and take your beach towel with you to go swimming/tanning. All you need to to do is keep two 4 number pin codes. No more worrying about leaving your phones on the beach to go swimming. Host is great and attentive, he was the best one I got to meet in my 5 day trip around the island and the only one to come and check things when there was a problem. Thanks Daniele. House is comfortable, bed is soft and clean, air conditioner works great, has a full kitchen stuff to cook with for long stays, almost perfect. Three things I had a problem with during my stay and all of them minor. First is that the shower is the smallest and I have ever seen in my life and if you have a bit of a belly, you'll find it hard to enter/exit. Also it doesn't have a shelf inside to put your toiletries. Two times I used the shower both times the water pressure was extremely low. The host said the first time was due to a city plumbing problem, and it was fixed later when I checked, but the next time I used it the issue was the same again. Maybe a small water tank to make sure these types of outages don't effect the guests. Third is more like a question; the washing machine and the detergent is available but couldn't figure out where to dry the clothes after washing.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. There was a coffee maker and a kettle but no coffee or tea. ?

Location, location,location to beach, Restaurants, town, train. Any questions we had and asked through the whatsapp was answered immediately. Shower too small, uncomfortable bed with older bed linens and too low to floor. No new towels daily, no outside lights on at night when entering building or in hallway.

Location was excellent Parking was very limited. We were not told where to park and we were confused about the instructions so got reported for parking in wrong place. Also, parking not conducive for medium or large cars!!

Great location! Nothing

Great location, just steps from the beach. Beds and linen were very good quality. Aircon worked well. Kind gift of olive oil supplied and bottle of water in the fridge. Pods supplied for coffee. Daniel has obviously worked hard to address previous feedback and also supplied sachets of vinegar, salt and pepper, sugar. He quickly delivered 5 mugs when we requested them. Second room only had a sheer curtain to separate off from the main area. Wifi dropped out constantly and was basically unusable.

Walking distance to the beach and the town. Perfect location. Apartment had everything you need.

Excellent for the beach and the city. Close to everything!! Danielle was VERY quick to help with any problem we had. We highly recommend. Some shelves to hold products in the bathroom and shower would be nice..

Great little condo 1/2 block from the beach No complaints

The location was great and ability to access the on-site parking on most days was appreciated.

Location, parking, clean. Big terrace but small kitchen, big bathroom. Everything is very close Bed in Nikolas was bad. Other facilities are OK

Well equipped kitchen including a washing machine and kettle. Good sized bathroom. A nice big terrace though the weather wasn’t good enough for us so use it Rather dark inside except for the kitchen. The bedroom is quite small

Everything was good, Daniele kindly helped us with problems. Good location best people. Hope to meet again!

Great location with parking!

Central location to the old town and beach, with free parking which can be really expensive in Cefalu! The host was amazing and very attentive to our requirements Not much at all, if I had to be picky I would say I don't like foam mattresses - but that's a personal dislike, not a complaint.

It was an amazing stay. Short walk to the beach and city center. Cefalu is such a nice little old town with great restaurants. The best thing about our stay was our Host Daniele! He was ALWAYS available, answered all of our questions right away, helped us with everything and also gave us some great recommendations.
