The hotel location is very good and near railway station. The rooms are clean and staff is very well mannered. Location is best and breakfast is very good.

Located very close to the main city center and the interstate bus terminal, neat and clean, with more or less all amenities. Helpful staff. Nothing much, but may be add a refrigerator and a heater. Change towels more regularly.

We booked a Family Room which was clean, spacious and comfortable. The secure and safe environment of this hotel is great. The friendly and helpful staff were there for every need of ours. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. they all are very supportive and kind. Prime location of hotel is a big plus. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Highly recommend Best hotel and price in this city Ive called many hotels around there,, all were so expensive.. but this hotel give the best deal.. rooms and staff were so nice

They provided the smaller room at first whereas I booked the larger one. They changed it later on request even though I already paid for the large one. And it wasn't even cleaned up, you can see the stains on bed sheets and dust on the tables as if the room wasn't opened for days. Even the kettle wasn't working and it was hella cold season

And room was very neat and clean Butter breakfast to yummy Perfect place for family's Staff behavior was good all are very helpful Mostly we travel in a week 2-3 times but I'm not satisfied other hotel but hotel downtown it was great staff food cleaning all are too good I'm specially recommend this property for corporate and family specially for working women. all great

Nothing about the hotel was good. The hotel was a complete mess. There were cockroaches everywhere. The staff wasn't polite at all. The rooms were highly unclean and not 1% same as picture. It is not worth the money.
