The room was very clean and quite nice. We had selected Chantilly as the location for our last night in France and it was perfect for wrapping up our vacation. Super easy to get to CDG airport. Parking was problematic. The hotel had misplaced our parking reservation and was able to find us a very small sliver of a parking space. (You had to back in and then crawl out the passenger side as the wall was too close to open the door. We had a very small 2 person car!) There also is no place on the street to pull off to go into the hotel upon arrival. I would more confidently recommend this location if arriving by taxi or public transport.

Breakfast was average. They are French, so they know EVERYTHING about food. Except how to scramble eggs. The weather. But you had nothing to do with that.

The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable with a kettle for making hot drinks. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is close to the town with good restaurants nearby.

Excellent service from reception staff, even before check in. Antoine was great with email replies & requests prior to, & check in also good...smooth & professional & friendly. Shanna ( afternoon/evening) in particular scores top points, & her male coworker/trainee also doing a good job, and both easy to chat with. Helpful with directions/ info & recommendations & general info. My very limited Français was NO problem, and their English really good. Basically they all seem to be professional, yet warm & friendly. Restaurant was also REALLY good. Location is excellent...close to Train & bus, and easy to walk everywhere in town...20- 25 min brisk walk to Chateau. Ability to get a massage & hammam onsite.( Booked last minute-ish, at check-in) NICE deep tub & large bathroom. Spacious room with 2 comfy chairs & table. 1)Only there for 2 nights? 2)Sunday afternoon, while waiting to get AireBus to CDG airport, their bar/lounge wasn't open,& no beer or other alcohol available. Water is plentiful. 3) Instant coffee & plastic (not paper) teabags.

Spacious and meticulously clean room. Professional staff. Bright and welcoming lobby. The staff were helpful in storing our luggage when we arrived early, until check-in time. Good location close to train station and about 15 minutes on foot to the castle. Just what we needed and wanted for our trip.
