Very clean. Amazing pillows. Breakfast was great - good price plus included a lot of food. The shower in our room wasn't a proper shower, just a bathtub with a showerhead, so I couldn't stand up and shower.

Perfectly situated with 5 minute walk to the grounds of the hippodrome. Full tasty restaurant on site. Good quality bedding. Very hot water. On site parking. Parking was astonishingly tight (even for a Clio). The stairs were steep. The room was very tired. There was no shower curtain. The lever of the shower/bath device had no “knob”. There was no fan in the slope roofed bathroom. The lock was difficult. The toilet ran until jiggled. The very busy staff raced through instructions, so we didn’t feel welcomed, but tolerated. However the sheets were excellent and we had a very good nights sleep. So… for the location and sleep… it was really good but it was inelegant enough that it felt “cheap”

location to train to Paris, also parking for my car please put a simple desk chair / wood cafe chair at table/ desk now you can sit at all in room 4 simple and low cost solution simple chair also to hang clothing which with no cabinets is now inpossible this will make every single traveler happy

Private parking just to the LEFT of the out door tables. Lovely hotel, excellent LARGE, street front room. Portable AC was very welcomed!!!! Excellent location to Chateau Chantilly, nice restaurant, friendly staff. nothing.

I liked the location and restaurant. A lot of things were broken like the door to the bathroom didn’t close and the shower leaked. The bathroom was smelly. The a/c was a hassle to use. Even though the room was generally clean, everything was worn and in some state of disrepair.

Everything. The location is perfect for the racing. The staff were friendly/helpful. We ate here on our 2nd night and the food was pretty good. We would definitely stay here again.

Bakery next door Shower no room, have to sit in tub to use it, no curtain water goes everywhere. Was like a sauna up there 40 degrees, 2 tiny windows little to no airflow. No utensils.

Breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was excellent especially for Chantilly where parking spots are hard to find and you are always worrying about the meter. Room was reasonably sized with a nice view over the main street. Bed was comfortable if a little on the firm side which suited me perfectly. It's now my go to place for shorter layovers in the Paris area. Pricing was fair. Pp No elevator. Depends on how heavy your cases are....

Perfect stay at this wonderful hotel. Had booked a triple room as it was the only one of two rooms available at the time of booking, the other being on the top floor, but due to disabilities we weren’t able to go up the stairs that far. One look at my walking stick and we had been moved to the 1st floor with only 1 flight of stairs and the amazing lady who checked us in helped carry our luggage. The car parking space was very useful and no charge!! Breakfast was lovely and the 2 meals we had in the restaurant were perfect. Would highly recommend Nothing

Great location! Right in the heart of town and within walking distance to Chateau de Chantilly. Nice, comfortable room. Nice to have a place to park our rental car too.
