Comfort Suites Charleston West Ashley

Would have thought extra towels, linens, pillows and blankets were in room for the pull out couch and number of people staying. Was disappointed that all we had was more than half roll of toilet paper and a full roll. Staff were exceptionally friendly and informative about our stay , breakfast and pool, etc.

We were delighted to come across this property! It was everything we needed for a nice weekend getaway to Charleston. Very roomy space in the hotels, clean, comfortable, and fantastic breakfast to start the day with. Their heating and cooling units in the rooms ran consistently throughout the night and were not loud. It made for a nice night sleep! We found our new favorite spot to stay when we visit Charleston!

I did notice in our room, the floor appeared wet. My husband say it appeared to been wax that had not dried. The stool flush handle had to be held down in order for it to flush properly. We enjoyed the hot breakfast that was served from 7-10am. Overall, the stay was nice. Bed slept well. With plenty of towels, pillows. Microwave and fridge made it convenient.

Unfortunately got a case of bed bugs.

I enjoyed my coffee and breakfast on the little "smoking terrace" before any smokers arrived, which was daily! Perfect for a few minutes of peace and quiet. Very convenient and local to downtown. My daughter enjoyed the pool and I was able to do a quick load of laundry which helped for our trip! 4 stars only because it could use some updates but all perfectly fine otherwise. Excellent value as well and was shocked of the size room for the cost. I would definitely stay again. 😊

Great location Did not like the breakfast

Awesome room, staff, and property! Great location!

Indoor pool was perfect temp and kids and adults in our group loved it. Breakfast was pretty good and supplied our needs and saved us from having to pay to eat out. Everytime we tried the door key we would have to go back downstairs to use it reprogrammed. We heard others say the same thing.

Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, and if we needed anything, staff was so kind and helpful.

The pillows were very flat. While they are very soft, they provided no support.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The hotel was easy to get to and the staff was very helpful. Five stars all the way.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Our air unit had broke and they were quick at getting it fixed and taken care of! The room was clean and all around the experience was fabulous! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful rooms, well kept lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast had a lot of choices.
