-i found 2 roaches in my room (1 dead in the ac unit vent...other was alive and i could not find it to kill it after i saw it), the air bath remote was unserviceable and there were no extra towels for the pool or showers...we requested towels 3 times and was late for 2 scheduled events because of it...ended getting towels from the housekeeping lady 10 mins BEFORE checkout...UPSETTING for luxury quality.
