Great location, beautiful, clean hotel. Very friendly staff, everyone included. Clean pool with plenty of seating. Great breakfast with plenty of room for our whole family to sit together, Such a friendly staff. Very clean facility. Could have used a few more towels for the pool and room towels. Overall a great stay, we’ll definitely be back to stay.

Coffee was excellent. Several types of coffee, dark, light brew and decaf. There were plenry of breakfast choices. The receptionist was pleasant and offered different room choices.

Decor and friendly staff. Also overall clean The beds were very uncomfortable and the breakfast options were not good at all. The first morning (Thursday) was great. They served breakfast omelets but the rest of the days were gross.

My only place to stay in Charleston. Friendly, helpful staff, and very clean and comfortable rooms.

I was placed in a room adjacent to the ice machine and elevator, even though the hotel was barely occupied. The breakfast was on par with a gas station. I travel frequently for business, and the Hilton name is no longer a mark of quality or comfort. Hilton is the Taco Bell of hotels.
