I loved the proximity to all the areas of interest. We walked everywhere. Street parking, but it wasn't too much of a problem when we were there. I imagine peak times will be more of a problem.

We love the garden ,cozy kitchen and large bathroom.the Wine and muffins with fruit was greatly appreciated. . Replace uncomfortable chairs with sofa. Have hassock for upholstered chair. I'm 5ft 4 and my feet didn't touch the floor. I had to get a pillow from upstairs for back support. We missed the working gas fireplace. The humidor was so full of water. I could not empty. It must have not been emptied for awhile. Perhaps, dumping it after each rental would help. We appreciate the new bathroom plumbing however the toilet ran the whole time after flushing. We had to reach down in the rank and close the flap , every time we flushed.. My husband tried to adjust the chain so it won't run all the time. It didn't help. Thus we keft the tank top off so you could fix it before your next guest.

Historic, friendly host, very private, beautiful setting, cozy and quaint. Our overnight parking for the one bedroom was on Cumberland and Church—a 15 minute walk from 86 Church.

We love history, so staying in the Bed-and-breakfast was quite an experience! It was gorgeous! Also, we were close to everything that we wanted to see, walking to most sites and experiences

Beds too soft for our old backs. Downstairs very dark. Bedrooms are upstairs and I wasn’t able to carry a suitcase up, so it lived downstairs for the time we were there. Never figured out how to get the fireplace working. Although described as a “bed & breakfast”, there is no breakfast provided…only some sugar, salt and pepper.

Perfect location for getting around on foot. Beautiful old historic home unlike anything in my state. The 2-bedroom cottage had a washer & dryer and 2nd bathroom not mentioned in the description, which was a wonderful surprise. Lovely outside courtyard with water fountain and places to sit and read. Turned out to be right around the corner from where my ancestors lived!

What a beautiful, quaint cottage. The courtyard/garden was amazing. Hosts were pleasant and helpful. Walking distance to just about everything! Fireplace was cozy on cool nights! We loved everything. If I had to find something wrong, I'd warn those with mobility issues that the bathroom is upstairs using either a spiral staircase inside or going outside to use regular stairs. But we adapted quickly.
