We stayed here for the first time and loved it. The room was very clean. Loved the modern feel.

This boutique hotel is located right off King Street, a perfect spot for shopping and dining, yet quiet and cozy. We had a spacious room, super comfy bed and large bathroom. My only thought was that it could have used a floor lamp for a variety of lighting options. The staff friendly and helpful, the valet service wonderful. Coffee and chocolate croissants from the bakery across the street were provided in the morning. Although we did not try the restaurant, it seemed popular! Fantastic value and option for your stay in Charleston. We have a wedding next spring and I will recommend this hotel as an option for our guests !

It is a small, modern and vibrant boutique hotel, perfectly located right on King Street and literally steps away from everything. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, with a special mention to Isabella and Diane, who were both professional, helpful and just wonderful to us. They really added to our stay. In fact, we found all of the staff to be exemplary. We also absolutely loved Two Bit, the fantastic restaurant at the hotel — great food, great atmosphere and definitely worth a visit even if you are not staying at the hotel. A fabulous little gem in the heart of the city. After two excellent stays, we know we will happily return again and would absolutely recommend it to our friends and family!

The king studio suite we had was gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen with a bar, and all items needed to prepare snacks or cocktails. The balcony was private, with plenty of seating and a dining table that could seat six. There was no view of the city but the rooftop feel was pleasant and private. The king bed was comfortable but the sleeping area is upstairs so be aware if you have mobility issues. Loved the staff and Two Big Club is a must for dinner!

Room was very clean and the free drinks at the bar was a nice surprise.

Great staff, beautiful hotel. Have stayed many places in CHS over the years. This is by far one of our favorites. The location is perfect for shopping on King. Bar was crowded so we were unable to try it out but hope to when we return. Very well priced spacious room.
