We stayed here for a girls’ weekend and had a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was pretty and well located, and the restaurant (Lenoir) was delicious with lots of GF options. The only bummer was the pool being closed. Definitely would stay again!

Pool was not available. Great stay otherwise. Excellent location.

    Location

Great hotel with a perfect location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The only downside was that the rooftop pool was closed during our entire stay. We chose this hotel specifically because of the pool. While access to a pool at a nearby hotel was offered, it wasn’t as convenient as having one on-site. Overall, we had a great stay.

The location of the hotel was walkable to many restaurants and shops which was great! The only downside was that the pool was out of commission and we were not told about it - we had to ask and we were given the choice to walk to another hotel to use their pool; it was an inconvenience -I wish I had known about it beforehand.

The only major issue was the bathroom door not closing which we informed the front desk a few times wasn’t done but the HR Director Lindy we met at time of arrival helped us resolve it and was an absolute rockstar her assistance and service made our whole stay better - she is a great hotelier and excellent hospitality

I liked the boutique nature of the hotel. The rooms were well decorated and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful with information and directions. The property was close to shops and walkable.

Great location, cafe and lobby decor/service The rooms were just ok. Felt like they didn't match the rest of the hotel as far as style, comfort and value.

Easy to find, location was absolutely excellent -- central but also quiet. Walking distance to all major sights, which is a bonus to explore the city. The hotel vibe is lovely, modern with a period twist, really spot-on. Although expensive, valet parking was well organised and convenient. Comfortable and quiet room, clean and with all expected amenities. Valet parking very expensive. Next time I would use the parking garage literally across the road from the hotel, which has much better prices. For a one-night stay, we opted for convenience but I wouldn't do that if we stayed for a number of nights. Breakfast options were disappointing. There's a a la carte option and a "grab and go" option. The choice in the latter was underwhelming so we went for the a la carte, but that was also disappointing in terms of small portions, expensive prices and slow service.

Place was nice. The valet parking process is just annoying and if you come back late at night they will look at you like your an alien.

    Very good

Parking was $52 a day Room was LOUD Housekeeping woke us up twice trying to come in early two days. We’re from the west coast. An 8:30am housecleaning call is excessive. Covers only came to my waist and AC was full Blast. I was freezing. Pool is small

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Bathroom consistently had an odor that smelled like urine. Otherwise, everything was clean and more than efficient. We enjoyed our stay at the Lindy Renaissance Hotel! It was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do .

Nice place, location is excellent t but lighting in the room, ventilation in the room/bathroom and cleanliness of the shower is lacking. Lenoir’s staff is great!
