The hotel staff was great. The rooms and courtyard were nice.

First, the staff was very helpful at checking us in and letting us know about the amenities. And of course the breakfast is great, they also have free wine, charcuterie and cookies as well at night. As we walked to our room we saw the courtyard which is wonderful. And our room was great and and super updated! I definitely recommend staying here. The location is perfect and you can walk anywhere. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Parking is about 20ish dollars a day but worth it because of the walkability of the area. Once again, it’s a great stay and we will be back!

Great location in center of town. Nice happy hour with wine and snacks every evening. I would recommend more cookies for the evening snack, they were gone at 8:45 when my kids went to get some. I would also suggest adding the parking cost to the reservation rate, no one wants to pay for parking at a hotel you’re already paying for.

Perfect!

The room was clean and had ample seating, which I always appreciate. The staff was so helpful and kind and friendly. We took full advantage of the food services (continental breakfast, evening happy hour, and nighttime snacks) and even though it was so stinkin hot outside, we even enjoyed the courtyard. The location was fantastic, we could walk everywhere and there was on site parking (for a $28 fee) which was helpful since parking in Charleston is pretty tricky. I would highly recommend this hotel! A great value.

Beautiful and well maintained property

Indigo Inn is a quaint hotel right in middle of downtown Charleston. Location is perfect for travelers looking to shop and explore. We loved the small touches like cheese and crackers at 5pm and the staff was nice. It is an outdoor hotel, which i didnt realize upon booking but it is worthy of noting. The hotel is older so youll notice small cracks and less efficient AC. My biggest complaint was that the TVs do not allow for Netflix access and the room stayed relatively warm bc the doors are older and do not complete seal the room off. Overall though, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed it.

The Indigo Inn is so cute! The courtyard is amazing. They provide a nice breakfast, snacks and drinks through the day, a charcuterie board with multiple beverage choices each evening, and milk and cookies before bed. The property is in a great location to enjoy downtown Charleston.

We love the Indigo Inn. It is convenient to the places we like to visit in Charleston. The staff is friendly and the hotel is intimate. We enjoy the amenities such as evening milk and cookies and the cheese, fruit, and cracker bar. The staff is helpful in making suggestions for places to eat and visit.

Happy Hour, breakfast & snacks were great every day!
-
Such a cute spot! It was too hot and humid to enjoy the patio area but I’m sure at a different time of year that would be a nice spot. They make you feel at home with breakfast, happy hour and an evening snack.

Nice to have parking on site.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was decent for a continental breakfast. Parking was a little pricey, but overall it was a nice stay for our family.
-
Great experience! Love that they had wine and cheese, milk and cookie night caps, and breakfast! Would definitely come back it was clean, close to everything, and the staff was very friendly.
-
Nice place to stay. Pictures of rooms not the same as what you see when you get there. Bathroom was very small! You do have to pay for parking. Parking lot bery tight as well!

The fruit water, tea, coffee, and snacks were so nice in the lobby. The area is very safe to walk around and very near to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. There is a parking lot onsite, which is also very nice. The parking costs $28/day. I would definitely stay here again.
