The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfectly situated just a block from the City Market and most of the restaurants on East Bay St, making for a quiet retreat in the middle of it all!
-
Wine and cheese in the solarium! Great location, friendly staff. Will return.

Andrew at the front desk was amazing and so helpful.

It was clean and cute. But put right by the elevator and people in out of their rooms sounds like it’s your own door opening and slamming and it was all night thing. People knocking on our door early in the morning and constant noise from the room above us didn’t make this stay great. Definitely wasn’t the sweet little great away my husband and I excepted . I’ve stayed on better hotels for a lot less. Breakfast was ok.

Amazing little boutique hotel in the perfect location. We will definitely be back. The come and go valet is awesome!

Breakfast and the staff were a highlight of the stay.

Everything was fantastic! Breakfast was amazing and location was perfect!

The property , rooms and staff were excellent. The air conditioner was not strong enough to cool the room and the pillows had no firmness to them. I bought a pillow that had some firmness from Target 4 blocks away.

The staff was SO kind and accommodating. Clean, great location, just an over great vibe and place to stay in downtown Charleston.

Very nice Inn; staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, beautifully decorated with old southern charm. Breakfast was outstanding and wine and cheese daily at 4:00 was a wonderful chance to meet other guests. Walkable to many good restaurants and the waterfront and carriage rides. The 4th floor room where food was served had a beautiful view of the water. I would stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick overnight. Location was perfect and loved the happy hour and free breakfast. Rooms were great mix of historical and modern. Very comfy bed. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (hairs in bathtub and on walls), but was suitable for one night. Would recommend.

Excellent location. Just a few minutes walk to the market, carriage rides, and great dining. The amenities were excellent and rooms amazing. Traveled with children, and the room was the perfect size. Would definitely recommend for families and couples.
