The Charleston Place

The Charleston Place hotel has great food and service. The Bar, is a great place to hang out with such fantastic service and food. Room services also go way out of there way to assist you. Love staying here.

The stay was exquisite. We will only stay here going forward. We were the most impressed with the turn down service! Eye glass cloths for our glasses and bookmarks for our books. They went above and beyond the normal turn down with ice, water, slippers and mood lighting. 5 star with the best customer service in the South!

Beautiful, renovations were spectacular

My husband and I have a wonderful stay at Charleston Place. It’s in a great location, the staff are all so helpful and friendly, great restaurants inside, turndown service was incredibly thorough, pool was great, can’t say enough good things. The BMW rentals was icing on the cake. Excited to come back.

From start to finish my stay was top quality. I used to work in the hotel business so I have high, yet appropriate, expectations for a luxury hotel’s facility, staff and service. The Charleston Place met all. I cannot say enough about the front desk staff, bellmen and valet staff. And my room was lovely! 10/10

The remodeling the third floor we were on the sixth floor and could hear all the noise from eight in the morning till five in the afternoon. Very disruptive would’ve been nice if they told us it was under construction before we got there when we got there.

It is very clean everywhere not just the rooms. The pool area including the shower and bathroom area are perfectly clean and is equipped with everything you need to get freshen up after sunbathing or your pool visit. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Shops, restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries and more is all close by. We loved staying there, it was the most relaxing stay me and my husband had in years.

My absolutely favorite place to stay when I am in Charleston. The staff is impeccable and friendly. The hotel itself is is gorgeous and the rooftop bar and pool is next level. I come here annually to bring my mom for a “girl’s weekend” every year.

Unbelievably luxurious on every level and the nicest, friendliest, and genuine staff I have ever dealt with. Housekeeping visited twice a day, surprised us with champagne and rose pedals one evening, and we're so professional. Our main Butler, August was amazing. The club level staff from Rita to Dylan and Teresa made every meal and cocktail in the lounge a treat. The pool staff was always so excited to see you and help you pick out the perfect spot to relax in their brand new Salt Water pool. The transportation staff (shoutout Morgan) was supremely helpful and made every venture out to dinner or tours a breeze. I could rack my brain for a negative to this place and I'd die trying. Will be back, and hopefully soon. The Charleston Place was phenomenal from start to finish.
