The staff was pleasant and helpful. The property could use some updating. And the AC was awfully noisy. I had an issue with the AC not cooling and maintenance came very promptly.
-
Close to the market. Easy to find.
-
The room was attractively appointed, very nice bathroom. The Inn has a nice breakfast each morning, wine and cheese in the evening and terrible cookies at night.
-
The property was right in the middle of the city walking distance from all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. The amenities were great
-
Hotel in a good location to walk to many restaurants and shopping.
-
Excellent and convenient location to everything that the Charleston historic area has to offer. Unfortunately, the room was very dirty. The air-conditioning unit was not very efficient only to find out that the filters were completely impacted with debris and lint.
-
Excellent downtown location. We used the on site parking, but that was actually a parking lot about 4 minutes away. Cheese and wine provided was a really nice touch

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I love the included breakfast, wine and cheese, and the ending of a lovely day with milk and cookies :)

What a wonderful inn experience! The staff could not have been more pleasant, our room was immaculate and extremely comfortable. Breakfast is real food, wine and cheese each night, and cookies and milk before bed. It doesn’t get any better!

Great location

The place is centrally located and everything is pretty much within walking distance. They have a nice continental breakfast every morning as well as a wine and cheese tasting every afternoon. They also leave chocolate chip cookies and coffee out in the lobby all night for everyone. We enjoyed everything about this place. The only downside is the parking lot is a block and a half away, but they do have valet parking if you choose it for $40 a night. Otherwise if you park, your own car is $25 a night. The parking problem is not unique to the Meeting St., Inn. All the Hotels in the area have similar parking issues. overall, I give them five stars and I would recommend this place.

Perfect location. Walkable to everything. Breakfast and happy hour were a nice touch. A beverage dispenser in the lobby with ice water and/or iced tea or lemonade would have been a welcome non alcoholic choice. Room was very nice but doorless shower was problematic as the glass panel was too short to prevent water spraying onto bathroom floor. We had to request extra towels to make a dam.
