This inn is adorable, quaint, and the perfect stay for an easily walkable trip in Downtown Charleston. Rooms are very clean and peaceful. I loved staying here! Would definitely come back. The served complimentary breakfast, the wine and cheese, and the nighttime sherry are such wonderful additions that make this place feel so special. The courtyard is so nice. You feel like you are in your own little oasis here. Staff is friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Loved our stay! Very convenient over looking King street! Loved that we could have the continental breakfast delivered to our room. Would stay again!

Nice staff Parking and entrance to parking was slightly confusing.

Wonderful stay! We ended up parking at a parking garage on Queen St that was cheaper ($25 a day vs $35) which was not an issue what so ever. We had the option with Kings Courtyard which was wonderful considering they are downtown in the midst of the action! Would stay here again!

Charming boutique hotel in the heart of historic downtown.

We loved staying in this cute charming stylish hotel ! It was clean and well maintained, great location, right in the center of town , walking distance to all the shops and restaurants so no need to rent a car. They have a free continental breakfast like oatmeal , fresk cut fruits some hard boiled eggs and toast and a good coffee and u can eat in this cute cozy courtyard. One day they offered wine tasting with some cheese and crackers. I strongly recommend this hotel!

The room was beautiful and clean. The shower and toilet were very clean as well. Breakfast was delivered to our room and it was nice to lay back and enjoy an early breakfast. Amazing staff and lovely building.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The downfall was parking in a garage nearby. If not for that I would give 5 stars.

Friendly staff, great location, could stay loud and busy till 11 sh. Then quiets down. Better coffee. Breakfast was average.

Loved this historic inn! Probably the most convenient location we could have asked for in terms of walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful in providing tips. The best and most unique part of the stay was the complimentary evening wine and cheese, plus sherry at night!
