- The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful and we were rushed during check in and it felt very scattered. They didn’t seem to care. - Nick and Jack, the valet drivers were GREAT. These guys should be running the place! -The breakfast that was delivered to the room every day was a bit disappointing. Croissants and yogurt…. And in the last day, some moldy strawberry’s and blueberry’s. - The restaurant was yummy but not clear on what menu they were serving. - Pool was extremely small but clean

Great location and great amenities!

Fantastic stay. Nice amenities with breakfast baskets, wine and cheese social hours, evening cookies, sodas in fridge, laundry in unit, full kitchen, and jeep drop off within 2 miles. Restaurant was excellent, great drinks, and nice outdoor pool (small for simply cooling off) . Great location.

Great location, rooms spacious

Lovely hotel in a prime location. Nice rooms, small pool to sit and relax, rooftop bar and restaurant. Coffee shop is a nice perk and there is a free ride to restaurants in Charleston for dinner. Our second time at this hotel and we will definitely be back. They are starting construction next door on a massive project, FYI

Very cute place, the bathroom nice and big especially shower area. They had a complimentary wine and cheese bar fm 4-5 which was nice, I ended up meeting nice people there. We woke up every morning to breakfast treats at our door and made a pot of coffee in our room. I definitely would recommend this to others.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing! Parking is not the best when trying to figure out where to go without blocking anyone, but valet is definitely nice.

My wife and I loved our stay at the Restoration. The roof top bar was our favorite. The morning picnic basket was a great touch and provided a nice morning snack. We also loved the rise coffee bar attached to the hotel. 10/10

Excellent accommodations and amazingly gracious staff. We will be back.

Staff was amazing! Check in clerk was super nice and hotel manager even delivered luggage to room himself. Room was clean, comfortable, and well designed. The food in the restaurant was delicious and service was great. Checkout was just as good, different clerk at desk but just as nice a personality….valet had car ready as soon as stepped out

It was showing signs of age, bathroom etc needing work. The property is in a great location with everything you need. Delivered breakfast was hit and miss. Some great others average The tv,s need updating and the air con in our room was so loud (industrial style exposed) that it woke you up every time it kicked in in the heatwave. Biggest issue in our 2nd floor room was that you could hear everything upstairs on the wooden floor and we were unlucky with lots of late night early morning sleep interruptions. Didn’t get any sympathy at all from the staff on that issue.

Everything amazing

The Restoration is my favorite hotel in Charleston! I only like staying there. The staff like Audrey & Matt made my stay extra special! Thank you & I will be back!
-
Extremely nice staff! Rooms are phenomenal.

The breakfast basket in the mornings was a great touch, however they didn't have any offerings for gluten free guests. I think this hotel could potentially be amazing. it's in a great location, nice rooftop restaurant. The pool is tiny but nice, the evening wine and snacks are a nice touch but I would not recommend Especially if your room is on the construction side of the hotel.

We found the staff in the lobby to be friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant was good for a quick bite to eat. We also availed of the hotel’s drop off Jeep to a nearby restaurant one evening. The hotel is situated in a great location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Room was clean and spacious. very good experience.

The location was perfect for exploring Charleston. We loved the breakfast in a basket. The style was classic Charleston, elegant, and refined and comfortable.
