Our 50 Wedding Anniversary stay at the Market Pavilion Hotel was perfect . Our spacious room was on the newly renovated 4th floor. The rooftop pool and bar provided a breezy, cool respite after the days activities. The hotel is perfectly located in the French Quarter with fabulous restaurants and shopping options. The concierge, Suzanne, was very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed a quick weekend visit to Charleston with my son. This was my third time staying at the Market Pavilion and it was just as great as always. Each of the staff we interacted with was helpful and pleasant. We arrived earlier than expected and luckily our room was ready. There was a nice handwritten note to welcome us and introduce the guest services staff. The breakfast pastries, fruit and coffee on each floor was a convenient way to grab a light breakfast each morning. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s within walking distance to many spots, this is a great choice. While we didn’t dine at the restaurant downstairs this time, I have in the past and it was delicious. We love the rooftop pool and bar/restaurant. The only negative is that the pool closes at 6pm and after a long day of exploring Charleston in the summer heat, it would have been nice to cool off with an evening swim. Other than that, Market Pavilion provides guest with a great example of true southern hospitality.

Comfortable bed. Twice daily coffee and pastry service. Amazing location. And the rooftop pool and bar were a welcome place to visit after a long day of touring the city. A bit on the expensive side

I would give 5 stars for the room and location. The continental breakfast was good. The valet parking is worth the extra fee. The roof top was amazing with a nice bar and a large food menu. No gluten free options with breakfast. Every floor shares a tray of pastries and coffee

Second time at The Market Pavillion. The hotel is beyond gorgeous with a southern charm and nostalgic feeling. The staff are always super nice. The front desk is always happy to help! This is my place to stay when I travel to Charleston! I'll see you all soon!

This hotel is beautiful, pristine and the location is the best. The only complaint I could have was the lack of shade at the pool. No umbrellas or cabanas at all. Very, very hot.
