I am really trying to look for a positive, but I also want to be honest. The hotel is not clean or maintained but worse than that...the staff does not care. I can understand that you might be short staffed when it comes to housekeepers but there is no excuse that there are no wash clothes or hand towels at 11:00 am, especially when there are two capable front desk workers doing basically nothing...well they were chatting with another worker on end. Lots of no work happening! Could not quietly use the business center because someone had brought their child to work and had them posted up in the business center all three days. Pool was not open but no notification of that when I booked. The place smells, it is dirty and the staff is lazy and less than pleasant. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!

This place is actively crumbling. Avoid.

The pool was closed our entire stay. We were first told because the PH was off, then it was due to a missing part. A mattress was stained in our room, and an insect fell out of the ice machine. Due to short staffing, we were told to ask the front desk for anything needed that room service would not be coming through daily.

Pulled sheets back before going to bed. There was public hair in the sheets. It was clear the sheets had not been changed prior to our arrival. We went down to the front desk and they could not have cared less. They gave us fresh sheets and told us to change them out ourselves. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Shortage of staff evident. Pool closed for cleaning. Average breakfast offerings.

Not much. Halls & room had an unpleasant order. Attended breakfast at 6:30am but there was little to choose from. Vending machine on 2 floors did not work.
-
Hair left in the shower, several other things not clean, good portioned blood stained mattress rm 305.

It was close to a lot of things, the room was clean, the pool was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was no water for me to fill up my water bottle, the fountain was broke, sketchy location a lot of trash outside and stray cats, the hallway smelled musty.

I have stayed at this hotel about 5 times. It could be updated and the breakfast is adequate. I must say that the rooms I have stayed are extremely quiet, very comfortable and very clean. No complaints. The location works perfectly for our situation and considering the price it is an excellent value. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff was amazing very pleasant and helpful. The smell of the rooms were horrible. It smelled of wet meldew no mater what we did could not get rid of the smell. Furniture was dirty and bedding smell horribly of meldew. But over all stay was great

The bed was comfortable. The location was difficult to get in and out of because of the busy road. Which is out of their control. The thing that makes me not happy with this hotel is the front desk staff. They are needlessly rude and not friendly at all!! We didn’t even have any special requests. The attitude for just checking in was very unpleasant. The entire hotel smelled like pot cigarettes. In our room we were given one bar of soap for washing hands and bathing. The sheets were unusually thin and had nubbies all over them so they were old. The towels were thin. Again only given one single hand towel. Just overall we would not chose to stay here again. Nor would I recommend.

Our room smelled like smoke and the ceiling fan and ceiling was full of dust. The beds seemed fine. The whole hotel needs an update. Maybe thats in the works not too sure. The pool was nice and the breakfast was breakfast. The staff were fine and helpful. Its not a 200 dollar room more like 78.95. Good luck
