So confortable and close to restaurants

Nice hotel - liked the top bar and terrace.

The location couldn't have been better. Close to everything, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions all within walking distance. The amenities were excellent, and everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to make our stay comfortable. Rooftop bar has great food and drinks, as well as an excellent view of the surrounding area. Pool looked fantastic! The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a hotel in a great location with lots to see and do nearby, I highly recommend staying here. I would definitely go back!

This is the best family hotel. It has a great pool that is not too deep (4ft max) - a restaurant and bar on the property, right beside a Cheesecake Factory, Dave and Busters, and a mall. The only downside is the road construction - traffic really sucks in Chattanooga, but this hotel is affordable, clean, safe, and fun.

The Aloft is in a great location with a lot of restaurants and shopping right outside the door. I highly recommend the Aloft.

The hotel is located in a great location. There are many good restaurants around and the Mall is next to it. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

Breakfast was expensive / Enjoyed the foosball and pool table.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything was was perfect. The bar area was Amazing. Enjoyed the Flatbread Pizza at the bar .

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and eager to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were excellent, and the location was convenient to nearby attractions and restaurants. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I look forward to staying here again!

I was disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was the room—it felt extremely humid the entire time, making it uncomfortable to relax and sleep. The air felt damp, and nothing ever seemed to dry out. For the price I paid, I expected a room that was comfortable and properly climate-controlled. I hope the hotel addresses this issue so future guests have a better experience.
