Sonesta Select Chattanooga Hamilton Place

Check in was smooth. Breakfast was ok, the hot items werent hot but luke warm. Toilet in room kept stopping up. The guy at front desk said he would have it taken care of. Didnt happen. Came back after 5 hours and the overflow was still on bathroom floor. I found a room attendant and he quickly took care of everything. He was super friendly. It lasted half a day. It was stopped up again next morning. We checked out.

This was an amazing place to stay at!! We came here for vacation and had the best time !!! Very clean well kept and quiet little place felt like home .

Convenient location off I-75. Beautiful and relaxing outdoor area.

The price for this hotel in the area is very reasonable. They have hot items for breakfast which is unusual for the price. The staff is also friendly. I have stayed here on 3 occasions and have not experienced any problems.

Comfortable beds, nice cold room, friendly staff. The only problem I saw was a touch of mold on the bathroom ceiling. And the bathroom counter looked like it was about to fall apart. But for $109 (taxes included), it was a nice, safe place to stay.

Everything was really good except for some reason. My key card on the outside doors other than the front door every time that time I left it stopped working..

Excellent value and location, no more than ten minutes to the airport.

The stay was great. The location was very nice and the restaurants were amazing,

Staff was incredibly nice. Very close to lots of shopping and good food.

Sonesta is a good hotel

I booked this stay based on the high reviews, however my experience was filled with disappointment, My first issue is that the beds are rock hard. I asked if there was anything to do to get a soft bed and I was given the option for an extra comforter which did help a bit. I did have to retrieve it myself because as I was reminded over and over again by the staff, they only have 1 person on duty at a time. The room and bathroom were clean. The rooms stayed cold, which I did like. The refrigerators are half mini fridges. Very hard to put a to go container in. The hallways had children racing down them in the early evening. I’m not opposed to children having fun but screaming down the hallways is not good for people trying to rest. Again - only one person on duty, The breakfast buffet was not good. The eggs were over watered and nothing tasted more than barely warm. My second morning I heated up my leftovers from my first night. Also early in the morning was either the sound of children bumping into the outside wall of the hotel room, or it was a ball that was kicked. This was about 7-8am. Again, only 1 person on duty. All in all, I’d give it 3/5 stars. I would look for a place with more staff, softer beds and a better breakfast buffet.

Clean room and staff was helpful and friendly.

Our room was clean and breakfast was ok. However we were unable to enjoy swimming due to people using drugs, drinking alcohol, older children horseplay in the pool and adults throwing big people in pool. We reported it to the front desk about everything including drug use. She was not able to do anything as it was a group that had rented many rooms. So my child whom is 5 with special needs could not swim safely.

Worst room I ever reserved, I booked 6 nights and didn’t go to the room until 10 pm . We stayed the first night and checked out immediately the next morning. The room and motel was a complete pig stye . I bought the travel insurance through your sight and it was useless, they said they would only cover 200.00 and haven’t seen that yet.

Person at front desk was not very friendly. Breakfast advertised online to open at 6, but didn’t until 7. Assumed Expedia would give a better deal than directly through hotel, but I was wrong. Would have saved over $30 had I booked through hotel. Room was nice and spacious.

The bed seemed clean and freshly made. There were 2 used washcloths hanging in the bathroom, but we also saw clean towels so we assume they were missed when cleaning. We got in very late into the night and were too tired to go say something. The check-in was easy. The breakfast was okay, all the regular breakfast things for a hotel. AC worked nicely.

Clean room and property overall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect! Close to everything and felt safe
