Air conditioning in hallway was broken, ice machine on 2nd floor was broken. Back door entrance was broken.

Hello, front staff was a bit short borderline rude, found to us side doirs had to have key rekeyed at front desk daily , pool was close going full algea and smelled , worse thing was bathhroom toilet barely flushed ,when reported to front desk they said they will look at tomorrow, but then when we followed up to the front desk, they were very rude and couldn’t tell us if they’ve been checked

Staff was very helpful and pleasant

our room was smelling bad, overall hotel is very poor quality. Do not recommend

Every time we left our room the key cards failed to work properly. Ice machine was broken on our floor, large garbage cans placed for ceiling leaks, no elevator.

We stayed on the first floor and the pool was right outside our window. It was very loud even after 10 pm.

The outside door entry pad was not working.

There was a link on the 1st floor carpet was wet. The bathroom are small and the toilet was low.

Give guests more options for breakfast!!

This property was older but everything was clean and had been updated.

There was a dog in the room next to us that barked all night long.

The front desk employee Stephanie- identified herself as a manager and didn’t want to provide me with a receipt of my stay because she said I booked it with a 3rd party. That makes no sense, I paid at the hotel and I should be able to receive a receipt for what I paid for!

The hotel room was clean and well stocked. The complementary breakfast included in the stay was very good! The location was good and very convenient to I-75.
