There was limited parking in the designated parking area because of construction containers were in the majority of the spots. This was unsatisfactory especially being charged $25 a day for the inconvenience. Other than the parking issue it was a nice place to stay overall.

The restaurant was not really open and comfortable like a regular restaurant. Rooms very clean, staff excellent

I liked the location and the fact that it was 5 minutes away from various attractions I wanted to visit. My room needed improvements, specifically the bathroom. The floor of the tub was chipped and rusted so I showered with a towel on the floor of the tub. The shower curtain was ripped and hanging from a few curtain loops. The elevators were a bit iffy and seemed as though they needed maintenance. The view of the pool is awkward and unappealing.

The location rooms were UNCLEAN we were traveling for my daughters 6th bday celebration. We weren't roomed close together because there were no clean rooms available . Im still waiting on my refund . One room was supposed to refunded and 50% off the price.

Everything was great. Recently renovated. Someone didn’t think through the closet door upgrades as it blocks you from opening up the safe but otherwise all good.

They are remodeling while staying open. Should let guests know that before booking rooms. Sheetrock dust from sanding is not good for my allergies. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We left a day early. Didn’t ask for a refund.

The property was under heavy remodeling. I was given a room that was filthy with stain carpet, holes in the wall and broken furniture.

First time staying at a Double Tree. Property under construction. They were working until after 6 pm. Tried having dinner with any conversation was next to impossible. Charging 25 dollars a night for parking when you were lucky if lot wasn’t full was insane. Our room was cleaned one night but they left us no towels. Also the 18 dollar breakfast was a joke. Most hotels provide what they served free! I won’t be staying in another Double tree.

It was clean. A lot of construction. My biggest issue was- reserved two standard rooms with two queen beds. One room was fine and the other room was like a shoe box, way to small. Barely room to get around. They were also on separate rooms
