The daily evening reception was one of my favorite parts of the stay. The food was awesome and made it nice to relax at the hotel without always having to go somewhere else. The staff really stood out as well. Everyone I encountered was friendly, kind, and welcoming. The combination of the location, nearby entertainment, great reception, and wonderful staff made this such an enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay overall and value. Highly recommend the corner room.

Location was great - within walking distance to lots of restaurants. Breakfast was good. Plenty of power sockets in the room and great toiletries provided in the bathroom. We had several issues during our stay but these were resolved to our satisfaction in the end by management. Our room was not ready for us when we arrived at 5:40pm and then the room which we were allocated did not have a bed for our children despite the fact I had booked for two adults and two children. When we eventually were allocated a room, we had issues with the key card not working the following day which was frustrating. I'd strongly encourage the hotel to work on their standards of room servicing and to consider cleanliness of the pool area which fell below reasonable expectations. The sauna was also out of order during our stay. Generally, we found signage within the hotel to be poor and ended up in the staff quarters whilst looking for the pool. Valet parking app/link did not work for international guests. More generally, this hotel did not seem set up to cater for non-US visitors which I found surprising for a Hilton property.

Our stay was excellent! I loved the separate sleeping and sitting areas, which made the room feel spacious and comfortable. Our room was immaculate, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect—close to the water, aquarium, and plenty of great dining options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

Nice room with comfy bed, large shower, and even a small table and sofa. Good breakfast including made-on-request omelets. Fitness room was great with new equipment and a nice view over the city. Location is very convenient near the Aquarium and riverfront. Easy parking option in the nearby Carta garage. Free shuttle from there to places like the Choo Choo. We also enjoyed the happy hour in the lounge!

Great location to everything.. Paid for the early checkin and told them would arrive at 2pm. When we arrived at 230pm ended up having to wait in lobby 2 hours before getting into room
