Courtyard by Marriott Chattanooga Downtown

Hotel was great for the location. Friendly staff, and well cleaned facility. Rooms are spacious and clean. Down fall for us was one elevator was broken for our entire stay. Breakfast was basically a Starbucks bistro (great if you like Starbucks). The bar area was small and hard to grab a drink when full, outside seating was nice but could never sit outside as it was always full with the same people. On the fence if we would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel

Excellent room. We chose this hotel because of its location near the great Tennessee Aquarium. We were very pleased with the quality and comfort of the room.

Not a lot of restaurant choices in the area and the restaurant in the hotel was a small Starbucks. Noise level at night was pretty bad due to Festival on the river.

We liked that it was near everything. What we didn’t like was that the pool water was cloudy.

Beautiful location and convenient. We had a nice river view from our hotel. Staff at the front desk were helpful. We did have to walk a little bit for parking. We had a great stay!

The room was large and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The furniture in the living area was very uncomfortable. I can't believe that as clean and comfortable as the rest of the motel was that they had furniture in the rooms that was so uncomfortable that you couldn't hardly even sit on them to watch TV. I requested a room on a high floor, they give me one on the 2nd floor the balcony was right over the top of the awning, where you unload to check-in which restricted to view. The road noise was terrible. That is the reason I wanted a room on one of the upper floors. Due to the fact that there are a lot of homeless people in the area There needs to be a much more secure smoking area for people that do smoke.

ONE BIG problem.......this is / was not the expected location. I wanted to be at the Convention center location.......and feel like you guys screwed me and bumped me over to the next closet location.... not sure how you fooled me on that on. Read above

Beautiful room with a view of the aquarium and river. The location is wonderful…right in the middle of great restaurants and family friendly activities.

Clean, lovely, serviceable. Very nice hotel for the price point.

It was clean the staff were friendly The parking can be better explained I received a ticket for parking in the area across the street

Staff were so kind and accommodating … including front desk, house cleaning and maintenance! Awesome location! Wish there was a handrail next to toilet. The lower toilets a little difficult to get up for people with physical issues.

Perfect location in walking distance of the aquarium, restaurants, and the river. Delicious breakfast and comfortable spacious room. No bottled water in the room.

Perfect spot, close to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
