The retro vibe of the Bo fun.
-
Room was clean when we arrived, the staff was friendly and willing to help if you needed anything. The pool was clean enough to see the bottom.
-
Our stay was good, except the TV didn't work the entire stay. We called the front and said someone was working on it. The next day, still nothing. Cute retro feel! Perfect for a short stay.

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming when I arrived. There was plenty of parking and the cost to park was relatively cheap. My room was clean and my bed was comfy. The hotel provided a complimentary RC Cola and Moon Pie, which I thought was a cute local touch. The location of the hotel was very convenient for walking around in the area and I felt very safe walking around.
-
Great staff, loved the pool and patio area with the bar.
-
Pros: The location in downtown is convenient. It has a fun vibe that feels like the vintage peak motel era. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable. Cons: We could hear a fair amount of street noise all night, however other parts of the property may not be as loud. No microwave in room (there is one in the lobby). A couple of crickets in the room. The workout room is pretty bare bones.

Ok hotel. Good location, but very basic and old.
-
A portion of the ceiling was ripped and hanging No closet, no microwave and if I recall correctly, no freezer in the fridge But most concerning was the daily parking fee that was not clearly listed when I booked. Instead I received the Expedia pop-up box that said ALL fees Were included--parking was NOT included and added up over a few days. I would have chosen differently had i known

The staff was great! Perfect location to walk downtown.
-
It was clean, no hairs or mold in the bathroom.
-
$ 12 per day at the site is probably OK since the hotel is near downtown. Still a decent value for what I needed and will more than likely stay there again if I return.
-
The hotel is old but kept up as much as possible. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They offer drink and food at a reasonable price. The best part was the location. You could walk everywhere from the hotel.
-
Overall, the experience was okay for staying downtown during a busy softball weekend.
-
Every member of the staff from front desk to facility maintenance to housekeeping were absolutely delightful. They could not have been more pleasant or hospitable. I was in town for the Ironman race, so I found it to be an easy 4 block walk or bike ride down to Ross Landing and a pleasant walk to all restaurants and amenities downtown. The only downside was, due to full occupancy, parking was a little tight. My wife and I loved our stay and have already booked for the race next year!
-
Incredible stay. Room was great, staff was super nice and accommodating. Great muffins in the am and fantastic bar. At midnight the parking lot was packed. Ashley came out and made sure we had a spot. Above and beyond. We now have our Go To hotel when we come to town. Thanks for a great experience.
-
This is one of my favorite places to stay in Chattanooga - conveniently located downtown with free parking. I still love the Moon Pies and RC Cola welcoming you as you enter.
-
Great location. Parking is limited yet they charge you nightly for it despite no guaranteed parking spot. Overall good experience.
-
Overall the hotel was very clean. The little attached Restaurant and Bar didn't seem to have a regular schedule. It only served breakfast food and appetizers. The pool looked like it could use a good scrubbing.
-
The staff was accommodating, the rooms were simple and pleasant with a nod towards mid-century modern. My kids loved the pool, which was clean and warm. The bar offered several house drinks like lemon sangria. If I’m in Chattanooga I’d absolutely stay here again.
