I was also disappointed by the bathtub description. The listing made it seem as though the room included a separate, traditional tub, but there was no standalone tub. When the listing says “tub,” it appears to refer to a built-in tub/shower combination. Since the hotel also offers walk-in showers, I feel the room photos and descriptions were misleading and should be updated so guests know exactly what they are booking. The pool was nice and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. However, I was disappointed that breakfast and valet parking were not included, especially considering the price of the room and the “Executive” designation. Overall, there wasn’t much that felt particularly “Executive” about the experience. That said, my fiancée and I still found a way to enjoy ourselves and make the most of our trip. The stay wasn’t terrible, but it definitely did not meet the expectations created by the hotel’s advertising. I would recommend being very careful when choosing a room and confirming exactly what is included and what type of view you will actually receive before booking.

This was our second visit to the Westin downtown Chattanooga. The rooms are very nice and very clean!! The whole hotel is extremely clean and very well maintained. Every person we had contact with was very professional and friendly. We did make use of the bar and had a great bartender, Ali. He was super friendly and a joy to talk with. Highly recommend the Westin and will definitely be back.

Restaurant and bar and some off the staff were ok not all. I DIDNT LIKE THE FACT THAT I PUT A ESTIMATED TIME FRAME TO ARRIVE BETWEEN 1600 1700 AND WAS TOLD THAT ROOM WASNT AVAILABLE HAD TO WAIT AROUND AND CHECK BACK IN LATER ABOUT 1745 VERY INCONVENIENT AND THEN TO TOP IT OFF IT WAS MY ANNIVERSARY AND I ORERED AND PAYED FOR SPECIAL ANNEMTIES FOR MY WIFE AND NEVER RECEIVED THEM SO I KINDLY WENT DOWNSTAIRS AROUND 2300 LAST NIGHT AND TOLD THEM IT HAD BEEN OVER 5HRS AND TO JUST CANCEL MY ORDER. OVERALL JUST MESSED UP MY STAY AND VERY DISAPPOINTED AND BAD EXPERIENCE.

We stayed on the Fourth of July and there was no room at the pool. It was packed and I noticed that they sold resort for a day passes for that day. We enjoyed a day at the pool on Friday with plenty of space for everyone.

Research parking before you book.

Always a pleasure staying at the Westin! My hubby and I are locals who like to stay the night at the Westin 2-3 times a year. It’s always so clean, cozy, and comfortable. The folks at Paloma are top notch, the front desk is friendly and I get some of the best sleep in the beds here.

The coffee spot in the lobby. I didn't like the architecture of the elevator's and room locations. While the elevators were pretty to look out of while riding, the design was very confusing when trying to locate our room. There were 4 elevators located in the middle of the building facing each other. The room numbers on the wall that were meant to direct customers to their room, was very confusing. Everything was a big circle with hallways along the circle. We alsi had the most difficult time finding the ice machine. When we finally did find it on our floor, it didn't work! We went to two different floors to find the ice machine didn't work on those floors either. We then went to the lobby rather than try all floors which I think there were 10. The receptionist took our bucket to the kitchen to get ice for us. She almost seemed surprised that we didn't want to try all of the floors before coming to the lobby and wr felt like she didn't want to get us ice but did because she knew she needed to be professional. That same evening, we noticed that housekeeping didn't give us another wash cloth after they cleaned our room, so we asked the same receptionist in the lobby if there was another one. She said she doesn’t think there are any left, but she went to the back behind the reception area to see. She came out with one she found. She was folding it as she handed it to me. I didn't look at it at that time, but when we were on our way back to the room, I opened the cloth and noticed several soiled stains on the cloth. Needless to say I was repulsed and didn't use it. I didn't go back downstairs to mention it because she had already said they're weren't any and I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she thought there was a clean cloth, and we were justb tired of going up and down the elevator and trying to n locate our room every time. It was a hassle. I also didn't like that we had to use valet parking which was an additional fee.

The room we were initially given had a terrible view even though we had upgraded to a better view. The staff was able to change us to a better view room but it was handicapped accessible room. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was very nice but the pool itself was very cloudy and dirty so we never went in it. The reason was likely due to their showers by the pool that were not working. Staff by the pool were great to get our drinks. The area around the hotel was great with lots to do. The French restaurant across the street was amazing and very convenient to just walk there. Overall we had a wonderful time.

I reserved a room for my sister and her best friend for Friday, May 29th so they could enjoy a wonderful downtown experience for her birthday. When she checked into the hotel the woman who was at the front desk was rude with her and condescending to her for no reason. She didn’t even point them in the direction of their room or tell them about the amenities offered at the hotel. I expected better since I have stayed at many Westins before and enjoyed it every time. Paying 250 dollars a night should get you a better attitude and a better customer service experience.
