The most fantastic hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was a full former 2 bed apartment with an en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom, full kitchen and even an old school ping pong table. The entire hotel has a cool vibe.

I wish I could have stayed longer! I loved the comfortable and clean bed 💕 Overall, everything was great! Better than a hotel room.

Great stay!!! Will book again!

Perfect location for easy walking to everything. We had a very spacious and well appointed two bedroom, very modern condo. These were supposed to be residential and turned to a hotel so you have all the features of a home. The brewery in the lobby had excellent service and food. We will absolutely stay here again.

Hotel room was amazing. Lobby was disappointing, minimalist, cold and very hostel-like. Definitely not a place I would want to hang out. We had to wait over an hour to check into our room (in the disappointing lobby). I understand you cannot always control how quickly a room is cleaned/ready, but offering clients a drink or discount or something would’ve gone a long way towards making the hour long wait less irritating. I would not recommend the hotel or plan to stay there again.

Nice roomy cool feel. Staff helpful. Cool to have living room and full kitchen

Never disappointed here. My 3rd stay. Brewery on 1st floor is simple, inexpensive and awesome.

We almost always stay here when visiting our son at UTC. Love the size of the rooms and the cleanliness. Having a kitchen comes in handy too. I’m not the best sleeper so I love the dark bedrooms as well!

Great place to stay, huge hotel rooms in close to everything. I would absolutely recommend this place.

The space is amazing and the location is excellent. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a kitchenette. The beds were king sized and super comfortable. We got a quiche to go when we left the next morning at the little coffee shop. Also, with 4 people it was nice having two bathrooms with showers. The area is walking distance from shops and good places to eat. Had to pay for parking though.

Every time we come to Chatt we stay here!!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location with plenty of food options nearby. Clean, well maintained rooms.

The rooms were large and we had two bedrooms and two baths. It had a beautiful new kitchen. The spaces were large. The hotel was across the street from the restaurant where we had a reservation for dinner. The Peet's coffee and desert which were in the lobby had excellent coffee and pastries. We plan to stay at Hotel Clemons when we return to Chattanooga in November.

The cutest hotel for families! Huge apartment style rooms. We booked the bunk bed suite and it was setup perfectly for kids! We loved being within walking distance to things downtown and the lobby is great to kill time with games or grab coffee. Would definitely recommend staying here especially with children!

Great location to downtown Chattanooga. We were able to walk everywhere including the aquarium and City Cafe. Loved the layout of the apartment rooms. Great price as well.

Be warned though- you will NEED to set an alarm. You will sleep through checkout of you don't.

We loved this property! The 2/2 full apartment was huge with unique, artistic decor. The beds were comfy and the little extras like a scented "shower spray" made it feel fancy:) I was there with my two little boys and appreciated that the surrounding area was clean, walkable, and felt safe. All of this for cheaper than a hotel room! The only drawback was not having even grab-and-go breakfast items on site (They had one breakfast sandwich on the menu at Peets coffee downstairs but they were sold out both times we tried). Adding a small market like many hotels have would be a great addition. Also, minor but was disappointed to see that the big mural in the ad is now covered up so I couldn't get the photo opt. Can't wait to return!

Family trip, six occupants. Having our own rooms and space to come together in was fantastic! The apartments were immaculate, and beds were as comfortable as home. Parking in the ramp was made easy during check in. Teens made memories in the lobby having fun!

The hotel is okay, and the suites are really spacious. The beds are comfortable, but when it comes to cleanliness, the hotel needs a lot of improvement. We stayed on the 4th floor in room 410. The kitchen cabinets were dirty, and underneath the trash bag in the garbage can there was an old yogurt that had been left behind and not thrown away. It was disgusting. The hotel does not have a swimming pool. Parking costs an additional $25 per day, and you have to park your car across the street in a separate parking lot. Anna
