Wonderful

It is a beautiful historic hotel. The lobby is all solid wood. The hotel has managed to update , but yet maintain all the artistic beauty of the past.
-
We always stay here when we come to Chattanooga.

Property has a musky odor throughout and stronger smell in the room. Hotel no longer offers breakfast, suggest you go to the Starbucks attached. A beautiful old property needing some freshening up.

Beautiful older hotel

The staff was wonderful. My granddaughter left her AirPod in the bed when we checked out. We called and they had it waiting at the desk when we returned. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.
-
Great hotel, enjoyed the restaurant/bar options. Outside noise can be bothersome depending on where your room is located, but overall, highly recommend.
-
It was as good as I'd hoped. If you want to step back in time a bit, enjoy a feeling of history this is it. Disappointed that the pool was closed, not something mentioned at the time of booking. We upgraded to a larger room, which probably wasn't entirely necessary - it was very spacious, though. View of the downtown area. Bed was super comfortable. And a nice steakhouse right off of the lobby. Will return.
