SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chattanooga Downtown/Cameron Harbor

The breakfast was the exact same from Wednesday to Sunday. Food was adequate. On Sunday, they had no juice whatever. For families with children, this was a real issue. I'm not sure how you run out of something like this. There was a small discarded piece of paper in the corner of an elevator. It remained there the four nights we were there. Both elevators needed some deep cleaning. Would not stay here again.

- Booking said multiple bed but I got only one bed - Breakfast no apple and orange juice - In balcony lot of smell of weed - Only one person at the desk she was over her person phone while doing checkin

Property very clean, rooms were very nice. Right on the river, close to shops.

Great overnight stay to visit Chattanooga

Room was clean, staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. Nice stay for sure!

Location was wonderful! Staff was super friendly! River view was beautiful Having to pay for parking. We prepaid for our weekend stay, got back and there was no parking in the lot due to an event near by. Breakfast was also terrible! I figured it would have been better with a better hotel.

Staff onsite at Hotel was great! Our room was clean and the indoor pool was refreshing on a crazy hot day. The restaurant Scotty’s on the Hotel Property doesn’t provide room service or to go orders for anyone at hotel. The Restaurant staff was rude and unprofessional.

Wonderful location, walking distance to downtown. Large, clean room.

Clean and beautiful Not much do do

This was one of my favorite hotels of all time. The room was huge and so well designed and put together. The hotel was very nice with a pool, hot tub, restaurant, deck facing the river and free breakfast. We really liked this hotel.

Hotel was very clean and nice looking. We enjoyed the attached restaurant and patio area. It was nice to be on the riverwalk to be able to walk to more restaurants, stores, and the food truck event on Saturdays. Everyone was very nice, especially the lady that checked us in. We were very happy with our stay.

The location of the hotel was wonderful. The room was very nice clean. Loved the large shower and tge bed was comfortable. We requested a room with a balcony so we could enjoy tge view. Our room was right above the restaurant's exhaust fans and was so loud we could not enjoy our balcony at all!

It was in a good location and Scotties Bar & Restaurant attached to the hotel was good. The man assisting at breakfast was very nice and good. The staff at reception were incompetence and did not do a good job. Our suite was not cleaned over the 2 days we were there. Someone came banging on our door at 8.15am waking everyone up enquiring about a plumbing problem which had already been resolved the day before

. Love how accomodating the front desk was to assure we had the best overnight stay. The location was perfect.Enjoyed the breakfast. The pool could've been bigger but it was nice.

The location was perfect. Beautiful scenery and right on the riverfront!

The location was fine. You have to pay $21 to park in the lot, so when the listing tells you parking is included, that’s not accurate. Also, if you are booking a “river view” room, make sure you are above the second floor or your view will be of the air conditioning units like mine was. It was a nice comfortable room, which was nice. The view and the parking are not great though.
