SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chattanooga Downtown/Cameron Harbor

We loved our view from our room. We had balcony to sit at in the evening. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times whether it was 1 am or 9 am.

Overall disappointing stay. I have never stayed at a Marriott property where the bed squeaked , creaked and rattled as this bed did. Oddly enough , a table next to the bed also made similar noises eveytime you put something on it. There were articles of clothing under the bed from a previous stay. I utilized the valet parking, asked for it to be on my hotel bill (3rdparty service), which it was. Unfortunately, the 3rd party contractor also charged y card. Took a while but did get a refund. Having stated all this, it is a great location and will probly stay there again

Outstanding! Except for the couple arguing every night in the room across from us! They kept us up, and scared! He was threatening to hurt her! I called the front desk, they didn’t help much.

Great experience, has bar and restaurant attached to it so you don’t even need to leave very clean place. They have a great hot breakfast eggs waffles cereal breads juices all you need to get your day started.

My boyfriend and I came from atlanta for a day/night getaway. We arrived right at 3pm to make the most of our time and was told our room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be for at least 30 min but they will call me when it’s ready. We went to go eat at the restaurant in the hotel (which was pretty good!), and ended up just sitting and waiting hoping for a call. At 4:15 we went back to check and they said it was ready but they had no phone number to call us- I wish they would’ve emailed or thought to ask if they didn’t have it when we tried checking in earlier. They didn’t offer anything for the late room or inconvenience, I asked for a parking voucher- they accommodated but were hesitant. The room was nice and a good size but didn’t have any waters, any lotion, the bathroom lights were dim, and the TV was not in a place we could really even see it from the bed or couch- kind of strange. Not a bad hotel, just expected better for the price.

We go every year by boat and stay here and we love it!!

Location was very convenient and clean. We were able to walk downtown with our granddaughter to the aquarium and restaurant. The on-site restaurant food was just ok. However the view and staff were very good.

The property was well maintained and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The lighting in the room, especially the bathroom was very dim. Also not really sure why they charge $18 per day to park your car. Typically hotels of this type don’t charge for parking unless they are downtown with minimum parking. The restaurant, Scottie’s on the River, attached to the property was excellent.

Everything was nice. Didn't like to pay for parking everywhere you went in town.

Convenient to the Aquarium and the beautiful river. The restaurant serves great food.
