the only part which was a bit off putting was the old doors. had a bad experience with the bathroom door.

The location of the hotel as there was a festival and since there was a kovil , there was non stop noise at night and we had disturbing sleep. Therefore do not recommend this during festival season.

Breakfast buffet was great with many options like aloo puri, vada, idli, sambar, kesar halwa, sewayian, pongal, corn flakes, fruits, muffins, bread and butter, tea and coffee. The menu changes daily and offers variety.

Mr. Abdul the accountant came forward to help us when our return taxi to airport did not arrive on time. It was difficult to find a taxi since there was a kovil function happening on that road. Mr. Abdul along with the other staff who were there on the 31st August night managed to get a hotel vehicle which was impossible to move since a guest had blocked and Parked the hotel vehicle to send us to the airport. Excellent Mr. Abdul your team work along with the other staff who were there that night. Great team work. Will definitely return.

Hotel was very conveniently located, good amenities nearby. Service staff were the main highlight for this hotel. They were so welcoming, polite, helpful and absolutely professional. My parents stayed here and they were very well taken care of. Definitely would be staying here again.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Prime location and easy access. Very good value for money and also had facilities for the driver, which was a added bonus for the money we paid. Toilets were clean but kind of generated fowl smell post flush / shower. Not a deal breaker for short term staying.

The room wasn't cleaned well when we checked in. Bin was still full of rubbish. Bathroom glass was full of dirt. You could feel the tiles of the bathroom sticky and rough, not washed. Everytime you use the sink, the shower or the toilet, you could smell a weird smell like shit coming out from the discharge. Disgusted. Not worth the money you spend. They had a menu in the room, and when you come to pay for the food, they give you a different price and they say the menu in room isn't valid. Whener you pay something at the hotel, you have to raise your voice to receive the receipt. Please check your receipt and bill properly before checking out. They invent prices.

Super clean place , close tonall major shopping and restaurants The smell of the lemon grass scent sprayed on the corridors was a bit too strong.
