Staff are good, caring and decent people. Bed very comfortable. Everything worked. Hot water. Great for female solo travellers. Close to Sri Ganapathi Sachidananda ashram. Go for Datta or Hanuman Darshan.

Once I had to cancel due to the cyclone forecast and they did it for free though it was not free to begin with.

The staff was very welcoming and they coordinated well to arrange the room as per our needs. There is no lift on the building. We didnt have problem on this but this will be a problem for people who cant climb stairs.

Staff was courteous. Amenities can be improved _ hand wash was not provided. Washroom needs a deep clean _ bucket and mug had limescale.
