Beach , pool and the food is the best . Mosquito , renovation work creat noisy too much , the most expensive compare with other resort in same level .

Amazing property with incredible location. Beautiful rooms. Extremely clean. Service is out of this world. Whan (meow meow) for breakfast was a sweetheart. Ed went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. We would love to come back and stay for a longer time.

The Vila was stunning, specious and quiet

My 4th visit. I think what sets Trisara apart is their staff. From House Keeping, to the Pool maintenance cleaning staff, FOH, they're all wonderful, efficient and approachable and make you feel as though nothing is too big an ask. Expensive but worth every penny. Villa amazing, pool amazing, food amazing, vistas amazing. I can't fault it. No down side, apart from the noise of kids at beach area and main pool, so if you're a solo traveller, it can be... "distracting". I'm already looking at scheduling my next visit! Thank you Trisara for much needed R&R after the personally challenging year I've had. I highly recommend Trisara.

Everything in the hotel is clean and comfortable. I have never seen such a terrible attitude towards their clients anywhere. First, I mistakenly booked a villa in this hotel and they immediately withdrew money from my card. After that, I tried to cancel my reservation, but I was denied. After that, my family and I decided to come to this hotel anyway, because they wrote off about 7 thousand dollars from my card. I started writing and asking about meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel, to which I received no answer. I continued writing for several more days in a row and also received no answer. The day before arrival, I received a message from the hotel asking me to indicate what flight and when we would arrive. I indicated all the details, flight time, passenger names, etc. When we arrived, unfortunately, no one met us or contacted us. We took a taxi and went to this hotel ourselves. When checking in, no one really apologized to us.

Every thing was good, the villa the food and the staff 1. very expensive compared to what you get. 2. very small property which made you believe that you are the only guest there. you dont see much people !! 3. no much activities to do but to stay at the villa

The villa is clean Quiet Good services The staff is helpful and active Lack of halal food varieties Food varieties need to add international foods that suit visitors One night we had heavy rain and winds and granite fell on my family, unfortunately the resort did not contact us and did not check on our safety.

The Resort ambience, design and landscaping is so amazing. Staff are so friendly and helpful, coffee is another experience. Despite that the locatio is so peaceful and quiet for relaxing but it's far from the attractions.

Our stay at Trisara far exceeded our expectations. The property, the room, the service and the food was unforgettable. The staff was so attentive to our needs. We brought our 2 young children and used the babysitters so we could enjoy massages, exercising and dinner so it really felt like a vacation. The kids club was also perfect and the staff was AMAZING there- our girls loved the toys and activities the babysitters did with them. The spa was beautiful and incredible. The masseuses were all amazing (catered to individual needs) - the Thai massage and facials were beyond- my favorite masseuse was Su. The food was some of the best food we’ve ever had (and we live in Japan) - the staff at the restaurants were amazing and so kind to our kids. Highly recommend for families or for a romantic getaway.
