Beautiful place with the kindest staff. Gigi the manager made our stay very comfortable and smooth. You can go to her for any problems and she is always efficient in assisting. The room itself was huge (with pool access) and the pool was very relaxing. We did not want to leave the hotel! The (public) beach near the hotel isn't the cleanest but the hotel has shuttle to take you to nearby bigger beach which is good one. However, near the hotel you have access to good restaurants, spa, grocery, smoothie shop (that is really good) and room with pool access was the most comfortable experience for the price. As we went in off season prices were low so definitely a good deal. The housekeeping staff were also the sweetest! Their cleanliness and all amenities are top notch. nothing really.

Crowded, very limited amenities and common areas are way too small for the amount of guests. There were never lounge chairs available around the pool, and pool itself is pitifully small

The breakfast was phenomenal. We only ate the western options (omelettes, pancakes, bircher muesli, all sorts of fruits, cheeses, yogurts, quinoa, salad stuff) so I can't testify to the Asian ones, but they are there as well. The rooms were well appointed. Very clean. Lots of stuff for our kids: very fun pool area, a dedicated room with a ball pit and jungle gym, and the TV had Netflix and Youtube. Just 2 minute walk to the beach. Despite the great breakfast, our lunch/dinner experiences were poor. The kitchen takes forever to prepare your food despite there not being many diners. One lunch we waited 45 minutes for a salmon dish that, when it arrived, was still uncooked in the middle. The macaroni and cheese was...kind of a joke. The Thai dishes they serve are inconsistent and frankly poorly done. Our room was noisy. The ventilation ducts for the hotel's HVAC system collected our window and hummed all day/night. There must have been a garbage or recycling site under us as well, because in the middle of the night people would dump glass bottles, waking us up. To be fair to the hotel, they offered to move us, and we declined because we were already installed in our rooms and didn't want the hassle and the noise was tolerable. The wing of the hotel I'm referring to is also the smallest one so you're unlikely to be put there. It faces inland, over a parking lot and construction site. It does give you a nice view of the ridgeline, which we liked.

good breakfast, although they tended to overcook the eggs benedict. staff was overly eager to clean the table, even when one was going for a second cup of cooffee few sunbeds near pool. The low score is not related to the services provided onsite, but to the fact that, after receiving advance payment from Booking, the property refused to issue me a proper tax invoice, which I needed for reimuresement). I wrote several messages to their office and still they refuse to provide the requested invoice. Incompetent buffoons!

Excellent new hotel tucked away in a secluded part of Phuket. The property was new, clean and very well maintained. The mats placed around the entry/exit within the lobby and pool area were in bad condition and not sightly for guests.

Great property, super clean and staff were helpful. The location is quite far from and not a lot of restaurants nearby. There is a grocery store right under the hotel so that was helpful. There was also a $100 deposit to check-in so might have to keep that in mind.

Ok brakfast. It's part of the Sea Heaven Hotel which is now being anaged by Wyndham. No views from the rooms. Front desk people were rude. The hotel has a small swimming pool. It's not right to call it a five-star property

This hotel is not far from airport and near white sand beach. Just few minutes to Banana beach. I love the location.
