Very clean, comfortable room in a block that’s only a short stroll from the wonderful beach. Ladies on reception and in the spa were super friendly and even carried by suitcase up to the 4th floor I really enjoyed my stay & my only suggestion, which would make for a super first impression, is to clear away the cleaning supplies into storage rather than it being left on the stairs.

Receptionists were friendly and air con worked. Kettle and fridge in room were good too. Daily water provided. Beds were comfortable The room was ok, towels weren't spotless and the the cleanliness isn't great. On this booking site it said you can get breakfast, but there was only a coffee machine out the back which wasnt working during our stay anyway. We didn't realise that you have to hang the sign on the door if you want your room cleaned, normally they do it anyway unless your door sign days not to. So we didn't get a clean for 2 nights. They provide only one towel each too . There's no hand towels

The room is spatious and the hotel is a short walk to the beach. Staff is friendly and helpful. Aircon works well. A room on the 4th Floor without escalator is demanding. Rooms weren't cleaned up during 3 days, rubbish bins not emptied. A water heater is provided but no coffee or tea.

The staff was so very welcoming and helpful (thanks you so much again for your help with our bag left in the taxi)! Our room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping is on demand. Opposite is a great place to eat or have drinks. We like the beach which is 5 min walk. We encourage the management to use water fountains for refill, which means less plastic bottles. The 3rd or 4th floor without lift can be challenging.

A lot of bees or hornets in the shower / toilet. It made me uncomfortable. I the end I had to spend a lot of time killing all the bees with a towel

Location. Also they let me shower after going to the beach / after check out Hallways were messy and cluttered. Also can hear other guests doors slamming

Convenient location to the beach and great restaurant’s. Just a minutes walk. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Katty at the front desk is happy to answer all of your questions. Massage parlour on location with top rate massages. Lee and Champ are professional and experienced. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Great, helpful staff, close to the beach Not the hotel's fault, but Naithon Beach was a lot quieter than we thought it would be even knowing that it was low season (a lot of the restaurants, etc were closed)

Firdge, balcony and A/C. Bed was comfy. Staff were really friendly. Easy walk to the beach and the tiny village. If you stay 3 days or more you get a free massage.

You literally stay there for free, it’s right at the beach, the staff is lovely and nice all the time. they have good coffee. I stayed at many good 5 star hotels and still enjoyed my stay here very much. The people in Nai Thon are lower middle class and horrible. They’re truly a nightmare and very weird, except the staff at this hotel. that’s the only reason why I’ll never return
