Nice place , great staff and the food is great A bit too pricey if I compare to other spaces but I get the “wellbeing”

it's guit green cozy easy to use and reach everything inside staff are very helpful and corporation fast service fell with them as family like when you in your home. far away from center. the cup and stro not one use the light in the room low no chair at room. cleaning inside the cabinet it's dusty. to much insects. and we saw wall gecko.

Renata delivers yoga and meditation classes that are excellent. The vegan raw food is also excellent. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about nutrition, wellbeing, fasting, weightloss etc and the program is extremely successful in providing inspiration and motivation to continue beyond our time at LifeCo. No doubt it is one of the best detox programs available. The doctor seems to have a strong preference for water fasting and tends to be disappointed if guests don't select that program. The staff could have been more proactive in offering to measure results eg blood sugar, weight, ketone. We did the intermittent fasting rather than master detox or water fast and we were not proactively offered measurement of results. We had to ask for it to be done at the end of our 7 day program. Would love to see an effort to minimise single use plastic eg disposable water bottles could be replaced with giving every guest a refillable water bottle, replace gladwrap with reusable wraps etc. AC in the rooms are old, noisy and not very effective. Encourage more interaction between guests and try to offer activities as the resort is quite boring from 11am till dinnertime. There are excursions like Phuket Town, Laguna, Patong but taxis are expensive, would be good to see LifeCo offer outside excursions where guests share costs of transport.
