Shower in bathroom would not go down as soon as you turn water on shower water hitting you, bathroom sink drained very slow, drapes facing window left side dirty with dark brown stuff on it, pool, hot tub didn’t open until 1

Room was ok. There was mold in the bathtub. That really turned me off. But breakfast was very good.

We reserved double queen rooms. The beds were full size. The carpet had a mildew smell and we had to force door open and close due to the swelling of the floor. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling.
-
Cons: Our first floor double bed room had an extremely damp & nutty smell from the minute the door was opened. The floor carpet was damp. We chose not to say anything and just deal as it was a bed to sleep in with two small kids for the night. The bathroom definitely needs some updating or refurbishing as multiple cracks along the shower line were seen in the caulking. We stayed here last year and thought it was a great option. After this year's experience, we will not be returning.

Would NOT recommend, would NOT stay here again. Entered the hotel at 8pm with a reservation to check in with a sign that read, Thank you for waiting, chick in attendant will be back in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later still waiting. The front desk attendant was nice, but the hotel is badly run down. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken amd missing bolt and nut to secure the seat. I would not recommend, be advised.

I was in town for a home going service and the staff was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile. You know when you greet someone with a smile and ask them how are they doing before you ask them for there name and reservation says a lot about the personality of that person that you never met or spoke to before very nice young lady

Excellent stay

The rest of our family stayed on the 1st floor and their door was difficult to open due to the flooring/wood expansion.

All good

Tom at the front desk customer service and hospitality was above amazing. The breakfast was excellent. I would rate them as a 5 Star facility.

I understood that early check-in might not be available, so I had no issue waiting. However, when we arrived around 2:30 p.m. for the 3:00 p.m. check-in, our room was still not ready. Even at 3:00 p.m., it remained unavailable, and we were not able to access it until approximately 3:20 p.m. This left us scrambling to get ready for dinner reservations. Once we entered the room, the first thing I noticed was a strong, stale odor. Before unpacking, I wiped down the surfaces with Clorox wipes & used travel-size Lysol because the room did not feel as clean as I expected. I stopped at a store to purchase room spray, Febreze, and additional Lysol just to make the room more comfortable for the night. The one positive aspect of the stay was that the hotel was quiet. The staff was pleasant during our interactions, although the service was fairly standard & not especially attentive. One additional note for future guests: I would avoid using the public restroom in the lobby, as its condition did not leave a favorable impression. Overall, while I wasn't expecting a luxury experience, I did expect a clean, fresh room that was ready at the advertised check in time.

The staff was very friendly. Good service.

The rooms only have the towels replaced and the bathroom gets a cursory cleaning. They do not make beds, change sheets, or clean the rooms. Also, we had an issue with the bathroom and were told maintenance would be up soon. They never came, we went down to check in with the desk and the woman behind it told us no one would be coming. We had to address the issue ourselves.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Meh. Needs updated and it smells like weed. The tub and shower were stained. Smelt like weed.
-
The room was very nice, roomy and comfortable.

Eh ok

Pool was open, water was super cold. Breakfast was yummy.

Have been staying in this hotel for the last 3-4 years. We find this hotel very nice and affordable. Will be back next year .

Where do I start? From rusty towel hangers to paint peeling in the hot tub, from stained chairs in the breakfast area to the slowest tv I've ever seen, this was more of a motel experience with the executive price tag.
