I wasn't expecting a 5 star stay. But there was visible water damage on the ceiling, the bathroom door had a hole kicked into it and was broken, and the bed springs were broken and flat or poking out of the mattress. There was also no visible human staff. There was a virtual kiosk where I spoke to a call center person rather than a real life front desk clerk. Fix the damages to the rooms and hire in-person staff!

When looking somewhere to stay y’all should said in the booking site if it is a hotel or motel because if I know it was a motel I wouldn’t book the room and rooms need to be updated. Need iron in the rooms and more towels.

Smoke free room smell of cigarette smoke. The place is out dated. Lamps did not work. The room had an old carpet odor.

The hotel has a virtual check-in once you arrive so Marco is who checked us in through that method. He was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. They asked for a review when you check-in but I told him I had to wait until the end of my stay. My room didn't come with an iron so I went to the front desk(the rooms don't have phones) to ask to use one. There was a different representative working the screen and she informed me that she had to ask her manager for permission to let me use an iron because I had a standard king room that didn't come with an iron, if he was ok with it then someone would bring me one. About an hour later, after I had given up, a very friendly guy came and gave me one to use. I was very happy to see him because we were headed out to an event. The room was terrible. If I had the means and time I would have checked out and found another room. It smelled of mold and mildew. There were some types of small flying bugs, a lot of flies that we had to kill and ants. There's rust in the bathroom and the floor looks like it has been flooded but not repaired well. We weren't comfortable to shower and paranoid once we got back and went to sleep. I have stayed at other Red Roof Inn before and have never had a problem. This hotel is terrible and needs to be updated. Another guest actually heard Marco asking me to give my review when I checked in and cautioned me to wait. He even wished us luck during our stay. I found out why soon after.

Location Beds were too small for a couple to sleep. No coffee or continental breakfast served. Curb appeal was little to be desired. No cleaning up of garbage or debris around the stairwell. Didn't like that had to check in on a kiosk when there was a person at the front desk literally doing nothing. This is a very average, not worth the value, hotel.

Do not stay here. The building and room smell like smoke, both weed and cigarette. If you do have the misfortune of booking here, check your sheets and towels. Everything was stained and the air conditioner had visible mold.i originally booked 4 nights here, but left after the first night.

room was clean Not a fan of interactive kiosk where the attendant was somewhere behind the wall or in another building, 1st room full of flies and short on electrical outlet near bed for sleep device... Changed rooms and electrical plug-in could only be accessed by getting down on the floor to find and reach. considering everything room was overpriced.

I did not like the virtual check in ..through a kiosk with a video terminal. Slow pricess with a line when i got there. Very impersonal considering the room was expensive This was a fairly basic hotel with outdated rooms. Lack of a real person in the front office is a negative. Overpriced.

No actual staff on site, just a head in a kiosk begging for positive reviews. Couple that with cleaning ladies talking about roaches? I left and found another hotel.
