InTown Suites Extended Stay Chesapeake VA - Greenbrier Road

Plenty of parking around the property, and the staff were nice, including housekeeping. Our room was overall disgusting and I had to clean it myself. The floors were COVERED in dirt, you couldn’t even wear socks that long or else they’d be black. The shower curtain was growing mold, the shower was absolutely disgusting and looked like several people showered in it and never even bothered cleaning it. (I scrubbed the part where it’s white, the whole shower looked like the dirty side!!) There was a horrid smell coming from the vents and it smelled so bad I gagged a lot, also due to being pregnant, and nobody offered to change us rooms or let us at least fix the issue! The AC barely worked, it was ALWAYS hot in the room, doesn’t matter if you put 61 on the AC it was always about 70 in there. When it rained the water came into our room from the door and we had to use a towel to keep it from coming in! Overall really, really bad…some people are also not considerate and they dropped their cigarette stuff on our truck and burned a hole in our top cover . Non smoking property but EVERYONE seems to smoke here, cigarettes or weed! It’s all you smell

It wasn’t the property, it was Expedia! They were over booking this hotel and left quite a few of us in tough situations.

Do not waste your time. Sleep in a tee/pee first rather than at intown suites

They lie. Had to leave early for family emergency. Paid 1117.00 on June 18th through July 6th. Front desk Christian said my refund request for 9days was approved. It's July 10th and no refund. Already posted dispute with BBB and corporate for intown suites. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR Lied. Lying SOB GIVE ME MY REFUND BACK

The room was very nice and spacious. The walls were thin. There is no daily linen or towel exchange. After the first night, you hsve to have your own. The staff was awesome, very friendly and assisted me when I was in need of accommodations they even came from home to clean my room because of a mixup in scheduling the rooms were clean however, I did see a few roaches in the room.

Love the fact they have kitchen things you can use they gave us pans and plates forks cups it was like all brand new front desk was very patient with all my questions

I did not stay at InTown Suites. When I arrived the office was closed. There was one other person waiting when I arrived who was clearly homeless (pants inside out, one plastic bag of belongings). When the front desk person, arrived, she was deliberately slow chkg in the guest in line in front of me. How long does it take to check one person in? 25 minutes at InTown Suites. When it was my turn, the woman at the front desk was pleasant but absolutely brain dead, insisting that she needed my dog's ESA letter at that very moment...even though I had booked a month or longer, and she demanded a printed copy, nothing else would work. This was intended to be infuriating, and I immediately recognized this attempt to enrage me for what it was: bad service. She did offer me a key to view the room before checking in, which I requested. Then she make a big deal about me needing directions (see what I mean? brain dead) to view the room. I saw that the room next to the room I would be taking had the door propped open. This told me the neighbors were home all day. The room was not fancy, not pristine. Just OK. I did not like the facilities, did not like the people I saw walking around. I did not stay. I do not recommend this location unless you are dead broke.

I had to leave two days early in the middle of my stay because of the headache I had from the smell of the room The room had a very odd smell. The hotel needs to be renovated
