Do not book with this hotel. We were getting in late to the hotel so I called them when we were an hour away. They informed me that they had overbooked and already gave our room away so we ended up turning around and driving through the night to go back home. Even though they gave our room away, they still charged us for the room and refuse to refund us the money. To make matters worse, we did buy travel insurance through Expedia.com, but they told me that our situation was ineligible! The worst experience ever. Do not recommend Expedia.com or this hotel chain.

Then open the room door and floor was worse than the elevator. Dirty diapers from prior renter was in trash can. Bed linens dirty had to request new one. Given and attic when I asked so I lied and said we dumped water on the bed by accident. Toilet grout stained with old urine. “Kitchenette” sick barely trickled but the bathroom one was leaking the second you turned it on. Had to reset the plug for the a/c unit twice in a 2 day stay. I ended up placing the dirty linens on the floor to at least attempt to keep my feet clean. If we had a choice with the fact that we had 2 cats and it’s summer time, I couldn’t just switch hotels. When we got ready to check out, there was a party of 8 or 9 waiting to check in. Another couple as well, and then me to check out - but the front desk woman was working in rooms on the 4th floor. Took like 40 minutes to track her down and arrive at the desk. Do better for your Chesapeake location.

please do not book here. the hotel is nasty.! from top to bottom, from the roaches, to the uncleared floors, walls, bathroom, tub, ironing board and even the bedding wasn’t clean. i have video and pictures to prove it and i demand a refund ASAP. the hotel is FALSELY ADVERTISED.

Vagrants would come and steal the breakfast first thing, leaving three muffins for everybody, there was no coffee. It was like they’re playing a joke on me. When I first entered the room, I noticed that two of the bath towels had been used. The first room I went had a leak in the bathroom sink faucet and flooded the bathroom. The floor was filthy. This hotel disturbed my sense about humanity in this place.

The price was great for a nice, last-minute stay. Limited breakfast options -- coffee/tea, breakfast bar and instant grits.

Nothing. Check in was listed at 3pm. I arrived at 430 pm and the individual at the front desk had to go check to make sure my room was ready. Upon getting my room, the bed was on a cheap frame and was not stable, the room was dusty, the light in the bathroom did not work, the outlet in the bathroom did not work. 10/10 would not recommend anyone stay here.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was in need of some updating. The most disturbing part was that we found stains on the bedding, unclean towels in the bathroom, and hairs in the shower.

Would NEVER go back to this property; avoid like the plague...

Nothing much

The location is nice and convenient. The hotel room didn’t have any toilet paper, went to the front desk to ask for one and got an already opened roll and never got another one the whole time I stayed. Found 4 roaches in the bathroom area throughout my stay. Lights on my floor went out on half the hallway and they stayed that way until the next day. Overall I wouldn’t stay again.

Leaving Only 1 luggage cart for the whole building. Had to make several trips to bring our stuff in Bugs crawling out of bath tub drain and 4 dead bugs on floor in room Walked around room in socks and took them off before bed and bottom of socks were black from dirt on floor

We were never able to check-in. There was no staff in the lobby entrance. Other patrons came and went while we were there. There was a camera recording us. We waited over 15 minutes during the posted staffed hours. There were no seats. There was a message board that recommended calling a displayed number using the service phone. There was no service phone. In addition, the door to the back office was unlocked. There was no way to check-in!!

Bathroom sink faucet leaked and flooded the bathroom. Used towels provided. Floor dirty. Lights missing. Vagrants pilfered the ‘free breakfast’ within 10 minutes.

Amazing staff, service and amenities! The breakfast bar was not well stocked consistently during my stay but they were apologetic, which matters.

Actually they only had stale chocolate muffins and coffee but no coffee cups, and one of the men who works there is someone I had to ban from my restaurant for not taking no for answer, so I would love to book again but it will have to be one of the other locations....
