Decent room great staff only 1 problem lighting in parking lot went out but was fixed very quickly other than that great stay

Nothing Room was never cleaned ex toothpaste all over sink, blood on tub, bed not changed, half eaten muffin on night stand etc and over all apperance of building shabby. Breakfast a joke

One of the staff name Sallie, who went above and beyond to make us happy after another staff Staff member That I believe her name was sid who threatened us with "well i could just tell you we were overbooked and walked away not checking us in. Highly recommend you all get the video of interaction it was on 7/17/26 between 3:00pm and 4:00pm

When I checked in the room I reserved was not available and then had to pay an additional 20 dollars for another room. The room smelled like dog urine and had a bad odor in the room. Not satisfied at all.

Comfortable bed!!! Could have used 4 pillows per bed instead of 3. Overall 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Do not book with this hotel. We were getting in late to the hotel so I called them when we were an hour away. They informed me that they had overbooked and already gave our room away so we ended up turning around and driving through the night to go back home. Even though they gave our room away, they still charged us for the room and refuse to refund us the money. To make matters worse, we did buy travel insurance through Expedia.com, but they told me that our situation was ineligible! The worst experience ever. Do not recommend Expedia.com or this hotel chain.

Then open the room door and floor was worse than the elevator. Dirty diapers from prior renter was in trash can. Bed linens dirty had to request new one. Given and attic when I asked so I lied and said we dumped water on the bed by accident. Toilet grout stained with old urine. “Kitchenette” sick barely trickled but the bathroom one was leaking the second you turned it on. Had to reset the plug for the a/c unit twice in a 2 day stay. I ended up placing the dirty linens on the floor to at least attempt to keep my feet clean. If we had a choice with the fact that we had 2 cats and it’s summer time, I couldn’t just switch hotels. When we got ready to check out, there was a party of 8 or 9 waiting to check in. Another couple as well, and then me to check out - but the front desk woman was working in rooms on the 4th floor. Took like 40 minutes to track her down and arrive at the desk. Do better for your Chesapeake location.
