The pool

I've stayed here before and their buffet breakfast and continental breakfast has decreased in selections and increased a lot in price. The room I was in needs refurbishment from bathroom to curtains

Roof top pool, restaurant and bar. Beautiful. Rooms modern and clean.

On your website it states they have 24hr shuttle but they don't. The hotel never picked up when we called them to pick us up from the airport. When we checked in they said the shuttle only worked from 8am to 3pm. Which didn't work with our time either for our return flight. Disappointing because this was one of the reasons I choose this hotel. The price was not worth the room felt and smelled dirty.

Close to the ferry terminal. Pool deck was king of rickety but the pool was nice.

Location and swimming pool Front desk staff should be trained to answer phones. I had forgotten something in my room and tied to phone them based on phone provided. It goes to central and they connected to property. Called 3 times 10 rings and then cuts off. The last time central reservation called and even they did not get an answer. They suggested contact them via email which I had been more than 48 hours still no reply. I feel the general manager ought to give intensive training so staff is not playing on their cell phones and answering the phones. Also the cleaning maid should do a better job in sweeping the floors

You had the best beans I have ever eaten. I would love the recipe. Showers were great also Being told we couldn’t eat breakfast at the buffet even though we had checked about it the night before and was told yes and it would be an extra fee. We knew we would have to pay but the staff treated us like we were bums that came in off the street. It left a bad feeling as we left your property

Loved that dinner was available in the restaurant as well as breakfast in the morning. Especially liked the fact that our rental car agency was located in the building facilities and our car was delivered to us in the morning! It was also within a block of bank ATM's. N/A

Great location and elevator Poor communication...every time I needed something I had to go all the way down to the lobby.

Did not like the menu. Food was a bit bland

The pool area needs some work. There were loose bricks around the pool and the pool needed some cleaning. There were what we call sugar ants in the room. The shower doors didn't lock in the water while showering so a lot of water got outside of the shower.
