We appreciated how responsive the hotel was through the 24-hour WhatsApp number provided. Whenever we needed assistance, such as requesting ice or help with getting food, our messages were answered promptly and assistance was provided. Our stay was disappointing, especially compared to our excellent visit in October 2019. The staff were not particularly friendly or proactively helpful. Although we requested an extra bed a month before our stay, the room was not prepared with it upon arrival. Housekeeping removed our used towels but failed to replace them. I asked a housekeeping staff member for clean towels, as they had some readily available near our room, but was told, "In a moment." After waiting an hour without receiving them, I had to contact reception before clean towels were finally delivered. The exterior window panes on the fourth floor were quite dirty, and the pool was also dirty, seemingly due to the rotting wooden boards surrounding it. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet the standard we experienced during our previous visit, and we hope these issues will be addressed.

Too much people at the pool. They had a day pass which ends at 6 pm but they passed the time. I couldnt enjoy the pool nor relax. They were noisy and lots of kids screaming and jumping in the pool. Gave my complaint to the staff but said it was manager friends abd that they could have styedas long as they wanted cause it was out if their control. It the they pass is over I think they should leave and let paying guests enjoy the facility. I always choose this hotel cause of the comfort but this time i couldnt relax at all. They need to address the issue or they will loose customers.

The room was booked for two people. Only one cup and one glass provided. Our first visit I requested a second cup. This time too tired to bother. Offer tea too, not just coffee for in room machine. Not enough plugs for charging. Only conventional plugs no USB type. This is a big disappointment. No face cloth. Hand towel and bath towel yes.

The room was ok Pool area very run down. I was charged $1000 pesos for washing clothes I have paid in many other hotels from $150 to $300 pesos. The hotel returned $300 but still it’s robbery….

The rooms were spacious enough for our family. The staff was so helpful and kind. And the pool was the best part! The elevators being controlled by the room cards was confusing and no staff explained it to us. My husband ended up stuck and having to walk down two flights of stairs.

The room was good but NOT the pool. The main reason we booked this hotel was to go experience the pool that was dirty and slimy. No filtration system on or anything. Caused itching on our skin. THE POOL. If we knew it would not have been clean to swim in, we would have booked somewhere else. Highly disappointed.

Just white and relaxing. For the price the rooms can probably offer more amenities like a mini fridge. The pool was so dirty. That was a little disappointing.

The pool was dirty, slimy at the bottom. It was not being filtered. That was the only disappointment. And we went there for the pool experience but did not enjoy it

I've stayed here before and their buffet breakfast and continental breakfast has decreased in selections and increased a lot in price. The room I was in needs refurbishment from bathroom to curtains

Close to the ferry terminal. Pool deck was king of rickety but the pool was nice.

On your website it states they have 24hr shuttle but they don't. The hotel never picked up when we called them to pick us up from the airport. When we checked in they said the shuttle only worked from 8am to 3pm. Which didn't work with our time either for our return flight. Disappointing because this was one of the reasons I choose this hotel. The price was not worth the room felt and smelled dirty.
