the place was relatively clean, even if it was a bit outdated. The television sets were old and did not have access to youtube or netflix. Internet was spotty.

The Property is conveniently located in an area closed to shops and centre. The facilities are old, the price is very high. The rooms smell like mildew. We couldn't sleep, we can hear dragging of chairs and beds on the top room. The elevator feels like it will stop functioning any time. The front desk staff needs more training, at checkout the girl was rude said we had to take the remotes back and held me there until she was told the remotes were in the room by housekeeping. We paid for a Junior suite and were apalled by the conditions. We could have paid the same amount for a nicer room at los cocos which is nearby. Housekeepers are very nice though, always made sure to give you the time of the day.

Nothing. The room was fithy, ac dirty, just horrible. We slept in our vehicle. All 3 rooms that we booked were dirty. We showed the housekeeper and front desk and nothing was done.
