Shower water pressure was awfully low

The staff, air conditioning and location of the hotel were excellent. The staff were very welcoming and informative. The hotel is located right off the Ave. de los Heroes - a main road with many shop, restaurants and taxis. Easy to walk to the malecon and the central market. The air conditioning was a life saver. The bed was terrible. It must have been at least 30 years old. The other main issue was taking a cold shower. I am used to budget hotels but I can't stand it when there isn't hot water.

The location is very central to the downtown. There's no secure or private parking as they mention, it's on the street, there's no water pressure and also the shower didn't have any water , I had to go to the reception and ask, no TV working in the room. It was a really bad experience, the worst hotel I've ever stayed.
